You're right, it's going to be tight and we'll be in the middle of it so it's a toss-up between sixth and seventh. Cup run is unlikely.

Seems to me that Bair may well be with the development team this season and will benefit from training with the likes of Obika and Wilkinson until he is ready. He possibly at the lower end of the pay scale so it is on him to learn, develop and prove his worth.

I think that with those forwards we'll see a lot more goals from our midfield as well. We know that Obika works hard and links up well so it up to Wilkinson and Bair to show what their strengths are too.

I think that this is the right approach in that SK looks to be building a team that works well together. Not like last season when we were all about KvV so if an opponent figured out how to stop him or if he was injured / suspended / in a huff we rarely looked like scoring. If we can get four forwards in rotation scoring several goals each then it will have been a success. I've no idea if the new signings and Ferrie are capable of that but I look forward to seeing how they all develop.
