There would have been a crush outside the turnstiles, due to supporters turning up late and pushing to get in quicker, if the Police didn't open the floodgates. Sadly, whatever anybody did there was going to be a crush somewhere that day. And I'm most definitely not trying to "point score" here. The Taylor report showed just how disorganised football was in this country and brought in measures (such as seating with tickets to a specific seat) to stop any events like Hillsborough happening again. And what do you know? It hasn't! But you're right, it was just to shut a few people up. You can't drink alcohol within sight of a football pitch during a game anywhere in the UK. That's what I said. Football supporters, in general, cannot be trusted to behave. That's why we don't have alcohol in Scottish grounds, why you can't drink in sight of the pitch and why we don't have standing in major stadia. Past examples have proven this and this is why "responsible" adults are not offered the choice. And there's no point complaining that it's just an English football/Old Firm problem. It's one rule for everyone I'm afraid. So instead of being "militant" ( ) about safe standing, why not be "militant" ( ) about creating an even better atmosphere within Fir Park? It's a moot point anyway, what SPL team, outside the Old Firm, has the money to invest in a safe standing area? None of them.

No. You aren't allowed to stand when watching a game at an SPL ground. What part of that is hard to understand?

Did they really need to waste space, that could have been filled with constructive and interesting feedback, for comments from people who are clearly special? And who the hell thinks the ticket prices are good? 320 of you need your heads checked. And the 70 who think they are "Very Good?"

Anyone else think those prices are absolutely ridiculous? I assume it was a Killie Pie so the quality is going to be good but still, £4 for that and some coke is daylight robbery. Even airports are cheaper! If any club thinks those prices are acceptable then their cheif execs need P45s on the spot. According to the BBC survery, Motherwell charge £1.90 for a pie and £1.60 for a cup of tea. Disgraceful.

Standing section, here we go again 1. It's not allowed. 2. It won't increase the attendance. The biggest factor for people not going to games is ticket prices, not a lack of standing areas. And will clubs make standing tickets a lower price? No chance. Time for some folk to get real.
