Andrew Dallas is completely out of his depth at this level - if his name was Andrew Smith it is hard to imagine he'd be anywhere near an SPFL game...never mind having a UEFA badge on his top.
Dont know what youre on about Dave. My point was about keeping them at that end of Fir Park St to allow all Well fans an easier exit than was experienced on Wednesday.
Law 12: A player may shield the ball by taking a position between an opponent and the ball if the ball is within playing distance and the opponent is not held off with the arms or body. If the ball is within playing distance, the player may be fairly charged by an opponent.
Maybe been asked and answered before...but does anyone know the reasoning behind Celtic fans being in the North side of the Phil O'Donnell Stand? Really wasn't ideal having both sets of fans leaving together on Wednesday night given the tensions after the penalty. Get the need/desire to sell tickets, but any reason why they can't be at the South end and ideally held back 10 mins?
The Campbell one was a yellow, but it was exactly the same as what Armstrong got a talking to for after pulling back Cadden. Tactical foul to stop a break, Armstrong even got a wee round of applause from his manager for it.
Is anything planned to directly connect with those who have previously signed up in the early days of WS but who haven't then gone on to pledge? Or those maybe who pledged in early days of that model but may have chucked it for whatever reason?
Agreed on Smith, a disappointing return. Listened to the 50 min Sportsound Podcast from yesterday on the drive in to work this morning. Our game got about 8-9 mins of the total time!
Cracking looking ground they have there now, was in that neck of the woods on holiday last year and was disappointed it didn't coincide with a home game.
There was a pitch for applications for Supporter Liaison Officers a few months ago from the club - does anyone know if those roles were filled? Couldn't see anything online about it and think the last I heard on it was Ryan Murrant talking about it on the MFC podcast at the time.
