90% of the times I've seen police and stewards wade in heavy have been games where smoke has been let off. I'm not saying it's the only reason but it plays a huge part. If the Bois have such an issue with the police going in heavy then surly it would make sense to do as little as possible to provoke them, i.e don't set off smoke bombs. Either set off the smoke and face the fallout from the police, or don't, behave yourself, and the police will leave you alone. You can't have it both ways.

That's why I said "I hadn't seen" them acknowledged it rather than they hadn't entirely. I have stood with the Bois on many occasions home and away, I have also stood near them and watched what's going on and yes there have been occasions where there was heavy handedness, St Mirren away a few seasons ago springs to mind. However there has also been many an occasion I have watched one or two individuals going over the top and goading the Stuards and police into having to get involved. When it comes to flares and smoke bombs, they are banned, end of, use them at your own risk but then don't start crying when you get huckled for it.

The Bois are quickly loosing their support as they keep on tempting the police into targeting them. They cry heavy handedness at every chance they get and not once have I seen them actually acknowledged that someone on their own side stepped over the line. I've went from defending them on a regular basis to now thinking they are getting what they are asking for.

Sounds stupid given how many we had at the start of the season but I think we need a reliable striker in. Robinson is gone, Clarky out on loan, Fletcher doesn't seem to be rated only really leaves moult and McDonald and if they are off the boil we need someone there to compete.

Strange one if you ask me. Never been a fan of loaning from other prem teams. Can't work out why they would loan him out, he's a first team regular is he not?

I can't see any reason not to have video replays available to refs. Could use the system they have in tennis where each team has 3 appeals for video per match and they loose one if they are appealing wrongly. Would make players more honest too if they see their manager is about to use up one of their teams replays for a foul they committed they might be more inclined to stick their hand up and say "naw I did catch him" or whatever the incident may be.

I have a funny feeling we won't do much today and will certainly not be paying a fee. the biggest problem we have is that refs arnt accountable. One murmurer from a manager about a refs mistake or bad decision and its the manager that gets hauled up. SPFL are too afraid of the refs striking again to do anything about it. The refs have all the power, no referees, no football. There should be a disciplinary procedure put in against the refs for these kinds of dreadful game changing decisions.
