growing the fan base would mean more money, theres no club without fans, so more fans = better club, it makes sence. and apart from anything else, when i go to a game and see a 3500 odd crowd i can help but think to myself, " this must look feckin empty on the highlights".

i think theres no doubt that without the kids, theres no future, if we dont get the kids in the doors then we wont have any suport in the next 10-20 years. we need so get out into school, givin FREE coaching, FREE t shirts, FREE tickets! yes the thought of this will probably have John boyle feeling queezy and him and the board would probably come out with the " we do stuff in the community blah blah blah" well my answer is its not enough, its never enough, if you want the club to grow you need to do more and more, never settle for what we have, push for bigger and better. and im sure there a fans out there like me who are willing to help out for nothing, just the satisfaction of helping the club so use us, we are here to help. so to sum up my point. if you want to grow the fan base, you need to be willing to put your hand in your pocket. otherwise there will be no one left.

does anyone know who designed the current crest and when? i know roughly when it apeared on the shirt but was it around before that? and have we ever had any other crest?

got to say i dont think that many would be bothered. i have lost count the amount of people that have said they dont like the C&A colours. would be a refreshing change i think, and if we went back to petrol blue then we wouldnt realy be changing the club, we would be changing it back. i think the perfect time for it would be if we built a new stadium, fresh start and all that, but thats just me....... and apart from that i just realy like the petrol blue

i have notied this a few times, and its not just out squad just now, its been around for quite a few years now when you think about it.

i think this is gona end up being a waist of money again, we are already pissing money away on goldenballs wages and bring somone else in who looks less that useless isnt going to help, i say keep the money till the summer. McCall had 5 players lined up and im guessing he can get atleast one of them in during the summer. take a chance on the young guys, look at what happened when we done it before, murphy, forbes and that wee ginger fuck that waddled of to celtic were revelations when they broke through, the young guys always seem to up their game when they make the step up, even if only for 6 months. on another note, if jones keeps up his form i would offer him a contact at the end of the season, best player for us last night if you ask me and his contact will be up... canny whack a good freebee.

no matter what happens, i would give him no more than a 6 month contract!

well it was done with the standard paint thing that comes with the computer, and the blue is ment to "resemble" the petrol blue theme.

well east stand is a must! for any atmosphere then thats the place to be. and as others have said i would defo do a pub crawl to the game, start at the electric bar then head to jack daniels then even the fir park club... thats all the "tour" you will need haha also, i would imagine you would probaly want to buy some motherwell merch, the well shop is at the entrance to the davie cooper stand. if you have been to the pubs then you will walk past it on the way to the east stand.

see i was goin to put the amber in it, but it didnt seem to look right, just thought it would be somthing different, and i know what you mean by the band, but again didnt look right higher up, was looking a bit like a sports bra lol
