We don't have a poor support. Our ratio of match attendance to population is the highest in the SPL. I'd also disagree that we are seeing us "playing some of our best stuff in years". As much as i'll take the rewards that our league finish brings, i've actually no idea how we've managed to be fighting it out for 2nd place at various points throughout the season, as on the pitch it's not been memorable at all. Even most of the games we've won we've been decidedly average to watch even by our own standards. Over the season as a whole we've been remarkably consistent (which is normally what we lack), but highly unspectacular. Again, that's not a complaint in the slightest, consistency is the key to success.... it's just not a season where i've came away from many games thinking "fuck we were good today".

I think we'll win this game without too many problems. Im actually glad following the weekend as we've gotten the Celtic game out of the way first (of the 5 post-split), so we're ahead on points with the one game pretty much every side will take nothing from, out of the way.

Would this bother anyone if we'd won? Doubtful....

I'm sure you know as well as everyone else does, that Scottish football doesn't work like that. I'd be more confident going into a game against Hearts that I would against say, Falkirk for example. Or St Mirren. Take last season where we steamrollered a very good United side more than once, but couldn't beat a Hamilton side that were relegated. Football, particularly our league, doesn't follow simplistic logic in the way you're using it.

Yeah, if we beat Killie and Celtic beat Rangers next weekend, then the only team that can catch Celtic is us. Meaning if Rangers take any points off us at all, it's all over and they have clinched the league for Celtic. Rangers.....lose and put us clear in 2nd. Don't lose and clinch the league for Celtic.

Not to put a downer on anyone's excitement ...but you don't get to play the Champions League music in the qualifying rounds...only in the League proper.
