  1. See, people keep going on about "getting this situation sorted sooner rather than later". It seems everyone is forgetting that we dont have a situation!
  2. As has been covered though, the whole "plane" thing occurred on the 26th May. The season only ended on the 22nd May. So yeah, his eye was on the ball for the whole of the close season.
  3. The best scarves we've had are the ones that were extra long, and were a slightly duller shade of amber and claret, thats what i've got and it's a cracker!
  4. And what makes you think McGhee is planning on going anywhere? Just because you think he will? Or because some journalists think he will?
  5. Having a manager thats good enough for bigger clubs to want, is a serious irritant?? Personally i'd love it if every single one of our players, our manager, and his assistant were all good enough to be constantly linked with bigger clubs, cos guess what...that means they are good! If no-one wants them, it means they arent good enough for anyone to want, but then I genuinely think thats the only thing that would keep some folk content, if we were some wee insular club that never did anything and no-one was interested in.
  6. Following on from Clarky's big news, after a long bout of constipation, John Sutton has finally managed to curl out a turd. Heres hoping the big man is banging them out regularly during the coming season! Congrats Sutty!
  7. See I keep hearing this, or chat along the same lines, and it's quite frankly a load of auld shite that is being used to twist an argument to fit. The final round of fixtures last season were on the 22nd May. McGhee agreed his new Motherwell contract on the 26th May. 4 days.

Exactly, I was trying to figure out how to word the permutations, but thats it bang on. 2 out of the 3 are fine, as long as its not top and shorts. Also, ANY of these are only acceptable in one of 3 situations. Playing footy...going to the footy, arseing about the house.

Buying the whole thing is fine, but if you ever put it all on at the same time you die instantly. True story.
  10. Yes I do. When Clarky scores i give maximum cheerage, but when Bob scored I gave maybe a 4 out of 10 cheer, and also less claps. When Sutton scores I give an 8 out of 10 cheer, and when Hughes shoots I eat my own shoes. I still have all my shoes.

Canny see JAXX being too keen to agree to a deal whereby they give us money in return for advertising their company on our shirts...then we sell them without the advert!

I think TheLip's wife got pumped by the Archbishop of Canterbury or something. That's one seriously irrational hatred of a sports brand....

  18. And on that note, ye owe me 50 quid beardy
  19. Thats not true. We werent willing to pay more than a certain amount for that particular player. Theres a big difference....
  20. Any chance we could stop biting over on P&B?

Im not saying it annoys me, just that if you were promoting an audio product using an audio format, it wouldnt reflect very well if it was hard to hear. By the same token you're promoting a text based product using a text format which is difficult to read, it doesnt bode well for the site content.
