I cannot see O’Donnell going to Celtic but I could see Gallagher heading there, but with Celtic getting 11m + for Frimpong , Celtic could offer us about 10 Bob for his remaining six months of his contract! As far as Campbell it doesn’t look like there is a queue of bidders, I could see someone taking him on pre contract although with a sizeable development fee, it would need to be from the English Championship/Division1

Don’t forget to throw in Chapman as well!!

I might be wrong but are you not thinking of the Hearts game when he was sent off for putting a hand on the referee? I am not saying that no player has been sent off for foul and abusive language, I think most referees tend to ignore it, but with that novice referee (cannot remember his name) his inexperience came through by sending Polwarth off.

Who is the referee for the match? just wondering what will be the next rule infringement we will get against us as we are as far as I know we have had the six second rule for goalkeepers and swearing on the football pitch and nobody else has broken these rules in the premier league!

I thought it might have been unchanged side from last week, at least the substitute bench appears to be stronger with Long and Smith added and no sign of White, that’s interesting, hopefully on his way out!!

Excellent point today from a well organised side compared to Robinson days, everyone must remember the SFA golden rule no dodgy offsides given against the old firm!! I also have to say I don’t think there was even any decent penalty claims today.

Disappointing that we did not go for Jackson Irvine, I thought he would have been a good addition to our squad, mind you Hibs were supposed to be after our ex players namely Gillespie and Cadden, so maybe the Irvine signing will put an end to the Cadden speculation!

I don’t want to be critical of our side today as we did enough to win the game in the first half, but the substitutions definitely weaken our side AGAIN today, time to get replacements for the departed Lang, any news on Donnelly and Long?

I don’t think we will become a good side overnight but listening to our new Manager it does give us some encouragement as you would expect, let’s hope Lasley has got him weighed up about St Mirren as they are proving to be a difficult side to beat, therefore I would be happy enough with a draw!!

Another point is Charles Dunne his contract is up at the end of the month, just wondering has he progressed with his injury, it must be 18-24 months since he last played for us, he seems to be a really nice guy and I would love to hope he can make a full recovery, but it doesn’t look too good for him, mind you it’s radio silence from the club about him.

It must be some kind of record I would imagine as Kelly is our sixth recognised goalkeeper this season, I know Fox got injured without getting a game and obviously PJ is not ready for first team football, but to have six goalkeepers, it must be a record.

I would be quite happy with any of the candidates, probably the best situ would be to offer a six month contract in order to see how good they are, but I don’t see anyone taking that up apart from Lasley.

Interesting that we are possibly signing Kelly, at least the club realises we have a major goalkeeping problem, so if true and we have brought back Morrison from Falkirk where does that leave Chapman? With any luck they will tear up his contract but I certainly would wish him all the best for the future, but it certainly not got a future with us.

As though that Keith will have his problems to seek, Gallagher staking his claim to become a Celtic player during this window as if he plays six more games for us his contract is automatically extended by 12months!! Mind you he will have to serve a suspension as his yellow card on Saturday put him over the six yellow cards

Sadly spot on about Hastie and his contribution this season is a big fat zero, my mate is a blue nose and said we should have went for Stephen Kelly who is on loan at Ross County and is basically their best player each week, not that would be difficult.

It looks like Gillespie to Hibs on loan.. come on Motherwell surely we should be head of the queue for getting Gillespie on loan, it might make the difference to staying up than getting relegated.

The goalkeeping situation is very concerning, if Carson is out for a while we will be up the Swanny, as Chapman needs to leave never mind a second chance. PJ Morrison I am still not convinced, I am not sure how he performed with Falkirk, I know he had a few clean sheets but just got this feeling he is not ready for the Premier League, I hope I am proved wrong.

I would hope that the board will make a quick move as boy we are in trouble, the problem the confidence is rank rotten at the moment. Having discussed who would be new manager with fellow Well supporters there is one candidate who might suit us and nobody was against him being Manager and that was Malky McKay, I am sure he would want to be back in club football again plus I am sure he would have plenty contacts, whoever gets the job he will certainly need to steady the ship which is not an easy task.

I would be happy to see Lapsley get a possible chance by judging his interim period, the only problem is the transfer window, would he just continue where SR left off or will get the opportunity to bring in his type of player/s which will be difficult in winter transfer window, mind you I would also like to see a few players depart.
