Found this on P&B......payments for this season.......each place increases by £52,750 for bottom six places News Win Sign in/Join STV News Scotland UK HOME Football This is how much your team will make in post-split money Grant Russell Grant Russell 19 hours ago Almost £11m will be shared amongst the top six, with the bottom six splitting £6.5m. Premiership clubs share the vast majority of SPFL prize money. Premiership clubs share the vast majority of SPFL prize money. SNS Group The top six sides in the Scottish Premiership will share a prize pot of almost £11m as the 2016/17 season draws to a close. Celtic, Aberdeen, Rangers, Hearts, St Johnstone and Partick Thistle will receive between £2.8m and £1.3m each, depending on their final league placing. The league's bottom six clubs - Kilmarnock, Ross County, Dundee, Hamilton Academical, Motherwell and Inverness CT - will divide £6.5m of a total top-flight revenue split of £17.4m. The top six The biggest prize is reserved for the champions. Celtic will pick up £2.8m for lifting the Premiership trophy, £800,000 more than any other side. As well as pushing for the incentive of a European spot, there are bigger cash prizes on offer for teams finishing in higher places. The team finishing in second will receive just over £2m, with the side coming third in the final guaranteed Europa League spot picking up £1.7m. Fourth place will pick up £1.5m, fifth earn £1.4m and sixth spot guarantees a team £1.3m. The bottom six The maximum that can be made by a bottom six club is £1.21m, which is the amount on offer to the team which finishes in seventh spot. The financial gap from place-to-place is then £52,750 by position. That means the team in eighth earn £1.16m, ninth get £1.1m, tenth receive £1.06m, 11th spot earns £1m and the bottom cub get £949,500 in prize money. The bottom side also receive a parachute payment of £300,000 in the following season, and a further £150,000 if they remain out of the Premiership the year after. In December, a further £82,500 is paid to every top flight club, with the next payment coming in April after the league split. For finishing in the top six, £395,000 is paid out before the end of the season. Bottom six clubs receive a payment of £157,500. The remaining balance is paid out in the summer, with the champions receiving their balance of £1.7m, down to a £49,500 payout for the bottom club, excluding their parachute payment. Big John puts St Midden 3-1 up at Morton
-
Killie will have played 16 home 17 away.........they have already played the rest of the bottom 6 twice away, apart from us,so think they will be coming to FP,so looks like they will be away to someone 3 times if they are getting 19/19 split
-
In 2009/10 we went to the Piggery 3 times and ended up with 18 home 20 away
-
After next week we will have played 16 home 17 away........so to have 19 home and away over the 38 game season...we should have 3 home and 2 away in the split fixtures However we have already played Accies/Ict/Dundee twice at FP And only played Ross Cty/Killie once......so to balance that up playing all bottom six both home and away( for us) .......would mean we would have played 18 home and 20 away Think we were predicted a top six finish (ha ha ha) by the SPFL ........so the fixtures are going to be unbalanced some where along the line and can possibly see some teams playing the same team home or away 3 times In 12/13 we had 3 home 1 away fixtures against Smeltic .....next season the reverse with The Arabs ....in both we ended with 19 home n away
-
Started ok...... Jags scored with first real foray in to our box...... As usual far to east ..... Erskine turned Ben inside out ... Far to easy for Doolan in the middle ...... Again ball across/possibly inside six yard box ..... Will wait to see TV before criticising .... Then went to pot ..... Craig Clay Ffs ......Gordon Ffs .... Pearo Ffs ...., midfield non existant ....tactics totally wrong long ball Slight improvement in second....... Beaton a fucking disgrace throughout

Repeatedley opening the full South Stand/paying for stewards in both sections..... whenwell under 500 away fans attending.......how much does this cost the club every home game?????

The SPFL will give the reason for releasing the old firm game early is giving Pold Scotland time to arrange resources -
Disappointed with our long ball tactics, especially after they went down to ten men.....Accies defenders will have sore heads this morning Clancys positioning for "the goal" was shocking imho outside the 18yard box.........can't tell where the linesman was from highlights Another hard game on Saturday...Thistle are now safe unbeaten in their last seven 15 from 21........Can't see Killie catching them for the top six place

Hopefully we don't give these wee Fannie's the run of the whole south stand and stick them up the top tier as far away from the East stand as possible.......or just stick them in the main stand...and give them a personal escort like the St J game -

From BBC "Rangers are unbeaten in their last 36 top flight matches against Motherwell (W27 D9) Motherwell have only won once at Ibrox in the past 20 seasons Rangers have scored twice in all four of the meetings with Motherwell this season Motherwell have lost six of their past seven matches" Unfortunately can't see things changing much today..........we live in hope !!!!! -

Expected or hoped for a Sheep win.......never thought it would be 7-0....just shows how poor we have been they are still eight goals better of than us -
From what I can see Thomas has played 90 minute twice in his MFC career....out of 6 first team starts over 3 seasons..one under Mcgoo... he plays on a regular basis At QoS .......he gets a game with Scotland U21's ........not saying he is going to b the next Clinging/Gahagan....but give him a chance when or if he returns
-
Don't think the boy has had a chance........he has started only handful of games..........been thrown on late in games, many which were lost

Noticed that after 33 games/ split we I'll have played 16 home 17 away If Partick finnish in the top 6 ( which is looking likely)....... the fixtures outstanding to play every one home and away would see us play 2 (18)home Ross Cty/Killie and 3 (20) away Accies/Ict/Dundee Obviously the league ain't turned out as SPFL predicted..... -

The next round of fixtures could see us propping up the league The Sheep should beat Dundee in the Friday night game Accies v StJohn Caley v Killie Thistle v Ross Cty Can see 3 home wins.......and we will have our usual result in Govan In a ideal situation would love them all and us to draw Our current form unfortunately is relegation form ,3 points from 18......worst in the league Next two home league games will massive if we are going to remain in the league and we will need to get some wins ASAP -
Naw .........Simo Valikari........you have been watching!!!!! We have made the choice..........lets get on with it.........compensation/budget demands etc etc might have influenced the choice..........will we ever know ????? Hopefully a staying up clause is in place..........he has been a manager in his own right for 30 odds games and he is been classed as failure.......hopefully his norn iron success rubs off

Out the bottom seven teams.... we have the lowest point return against the top 5............taken a measly One point The next two games are vital that we get something from Most of our rivals have managed to beat either the sheep or currant buns .....these "bonus points" have either kept them in touch or above us . Except Killie and Partick.....who have managed to beat st John or Hertz Partick have only lost one game against the bottom 7 opposition ........us Some body puts 2/3 results together pre split could see them safe Let's get some points on the board..........feck the play offs
