A couple of months ago when Danny Wilson got the sack was at Fir Park and I mentioned that he might be off to Sheff utd,to a contact at the club, they said no way he had just signed the new contract and bought a big house with stables between the Hamilton and Strathaven and he was very settled in Scotland. Also heard from a "source", who knows family member of Craig Samson, that he was at Fir park to sign and he asked McCall for guarantees that he would be here next season.....and he could not give them and hence he never signed. Ach well we will find out over the next few days/weeks ..................

A journeyman is someone who has completed an apprenticeship and is fully educated in a trade or craft, but not yet a master. To become a master, a journeyman has to submit a master work piece to a guild for evaluation and be admitted to the guild as a master. I'm sure he will become some sort of a "master" at Ibrox........... grand perhaps !!!. Ps He wont be needing Dave at Vodaphone either..........he's now with Orange !!!!

Good luck to Nicky Law , it was obvious money was going to be a big factor in his decision where he was going to end up, and unfortunately to the disappointment of a lot our fans he has move to Govan and possibly trebled/quadrupled his wages. Personally I don't see the big problem, having in my lifetime,seen far better players leave Fir Park for the Bigot Brothers to make more money and further their career for money/fame/trophies etc etc. I think SMcC has put a lot of "ideas" into his head about , the club I think he would die to return to

What about the 63 goals he scored in a 153 games with a Killie team that were no great shakes ????

If he does go......... we must be looking for at least£250,000 compensation And Jim Jefferies would be the ideal replacement................

My concerns over Hollis is at the age of 27 has only played 36 first team games in his 9 seasons as a pro.....and 30 of them were in poor Airdrie Utd team............. Don't think he is good enough to be given the number one jersey

7th October 1978............ We were bottom of the league after 5 games, 16th September....... and stayed there Managed only two home wins, tarts & h**s (Which stopped them winning the league) both after Christmas Only managed 3 away wins (all before Xmas) ,St Midden , Morton and Smeltic Other highlights were 8 & 6 nil away defeats to sheep and Morton Jesus would have loved to seen this board up and running that season !!!!!! Why the feck we are selling the Admiral strip from that season is beyond me

Like the Roma kits....just wish our new away had a touch of amber or claret !!!

Ditto .......did not realise he was nearly 30.....and been at so many clubs .would have him in before Hollis any day of the week IMHO

Again not the best if it is the new away kit.....but it is one of pumas templates...... think we have done well with our kits with puma especially the bespoke 125 anniversary and the blue kit....hopefully we will continue with them !

Popped up to the open day and saw the new kit.......too much claret on it would have been nice without the claret mesh bit down the sides.........imho Love the shorts n socks though !!!

You can get the "Claret n Amber" tinted ones on e bay......the same site sells "TGFITW" green and white tinted ones and "Seville calculators"........ Every time you do a calculation it adds 200,000 on to the answer
