Keep the ball on the ground and play it to Stam and Maswanhise. We had couple chances to take early lead at home game this season so hopefully we can convert any chances we get.
-
Had forgot about the Kipre one
-
I don’t think we will win this one but if we do then that gives SK an away win at both the uglies on his resume. Who was our last manager that can boast of away wins at Ibrox and parkhead, not necessarily in the same season or year? In the league.

Casey’s red card is worst decision I can remember, made so by the fact he got to review it on VAR. i take that back, rangers penalty against us in Scottish semi on ‘70’s but I put that down to cheating. So, aside from these two, what’s the worst call you remember?
-
I do hope that MFC have a montage of “more violent conduct” moments that resulted in either no card or a yellow card, to use in Casey’s appeal.

How many top flight games has thatvref done?

Well I think Celtic result today doesn’t bode well for us 😟

I think the 2 major points fall on the shoulders of SK and as a generalization, are…. 1. The squad we have is best suited to attacking football, so let’s play more attacking football. 2. We need to be using subs earlier and do like for like. Less confusion, maintain our organization, shape and energy. Despite what I say above, I’m in the “keep SK camp” even with his shortcomings. I’m hoping at some point he will finally break the mold and realize that you can win games and take fine margins out of the equation, by playing attacking football and that subs need to happen before mistakes or tiredness cause us problems.

You mention hindsight but surely Seddon injury is just sub on Wilson as direct replacement. A number of posters pre game were ok with starting Watt with the intention of replacing him with TJ after about an hour and also bringing on Sparrow at the same time to keep up the energy in midfield. You have O’Donnell on the bench as direct replacement for Kaletta tiring or injury. So it’s not all with hindsight. I’m a supporter of SK and keeping him here despite his faults (all managers have their specific faults) but it is very frustrating when there is apparently a sensible simple option for keeping up our performance levels with appropriate subs at the right time.

Having said that though thee was a clear shirt pull on AP as ran on to a ball in the box. No whistle no VAR

He shouldn’t be allowed to ref another premier game. He has no clue. If anyone in the officiating side of things sticks up for him then they should be booted out too. The officiating body needs to stand up and pronounce this as a ridiculous decision and take action against the ref. the ref must be the only person on the planet who considers that to be a red card offensE but the fact that VAR called him to review it and he still determined it was a red card is so fkn unbelievable, I just don’t know how to put it not words!!! I’d be interested to see what the pundits/reporters Are saying about this call. Of Course I’m even more interested to hear what the refereeing body has to say 😡
-
they play a lot better when we try to attack.
-
certainly not the ref!!!
-
Was watching it on Paramount+ the commentators were arses but even they were gobsmacked. Fkn unbelievable that they actually reviewed that and still gave a red card.
-
Subs should have been at 60 mins. Starting Watt was right call but Maswanhise and sparrow should have been on at 60 mins. one of the worst refereeing displays I’ve seen for a long long time but we should have taken care of business long before we got into that position.

BULLSHIT

Dreadful defending
-
About time for Sparrow and TJ
-
FFS ‘Well let’s get going
-
Apparently our passing accuracy is 64%. Dreadful! I’m happy we are winning but not with much else.
-
We do need to get another goal or two. All it takes is a dodgy VAR call and we are in trouble. As mentioned need to retain the ball better and play more attacking football. we look comfortable dealing with Killie attacks but how many times have we looked comfortable defending and then concede goals!!
-
Looks like I’m talking to myself today. Anyone still awake??

Dreadful half of football.
