What was red card for?

I think it's been mentioned a few times in this thread but it made no sense for Preston to sign him if they play 1 up front. We all know that he doesn't perform well in that set up. I think he can do well in the championship if he plays in a system that works for him.

I'm not sure about an actual amount of points we need but I would say we only need 1 more point than hearts get, as long as one of our victories is against St Johnstone. if Mr Leveine can step up and get his team playing with the same level of performance that he instilled in the Scotland team we could see hearts slump their way to the end of the season. So maybe we won't need as much as 10 points ?

Admit it's probably more likely that we will be in bottom 6 but I wouldn't describe our chances as gone. Under the guidance of soccer mastermind Levin, Hearts could well plummet down the table past us.

so who do we want to play in the semi? I think my choice would be Killie but either way we will have to work for it.

Not 100% sure but I think if we get to final and if it’s rangers and they beat us, they would take the cup spot and the other euro place would be given to the next highest league position. Anyways a long way to go before we have to figure that out.

Apart from McHugh’s goal the best bit in the highlights is the antics and expression of the hearts goalie after our first goal. I can’t believe the defender let that ball run past him.

What's happening with Louis Molt at Preston? Is he still struggling with injury? Looks like just some appearances from off the bench and some days not on the bench. Just from seeing the Preston line up on paper it seems they play with 1 up top. Louis was never at his best when playing 1 up front so wondering if it has to do with that.

Seems like more focus is on the Hearts game. Lets hope the players are more focused on this game than the fans are. Huge game in battle for top 6 spot. COYW

Best tie of the round. One of those where the butterflies will start after the mid week game and get steadily worse the closer the cup tie gets. Not fit to eat anything before the match on game day. All down to who does the business on the day or wee bit of luck or skill........or dare I say it...crap refereeing. Having said that I'll happily take a repeat of the Aberdeen league cup performance.
