If we had taken 8 out of those 15 we would be first equal with Celtic. Which is probably unrealistic considering where we have been the last few years. Also note that a win against any team is still 3 points. Since rangers hibs and st Johnstone are right beside us then they must not be doing so well against the bottom teams. So doesn't really matter who you bet as long as you keep winning. Having said that I'm not sure if your point is that we are not as good as we think we are or if we want to be seriously challenging for Europe we need to improve a lot

I really hope we get a good turnout for this game. The place is just buzzing now and we have totally transformed as a club while seemingly keeping our feet on the ground. If we can carry that across to more punters coming through the gate it's just going to help even more. Some support behind the team, better atmosphere for the players, one thing just feeds off another. Tough game this one but at least you know now that when you pay your money, you might not get a win or even a great game but you'll be guaranteed 100% from every player on the park. So all of a sudden after 1 game Bowman is now a dirty player with a nasty streak ? We are just cluggers ? What a load of bollocks. I don't recall any crying and whinging after we beat Aberdeen 3- 0 in the last round. They just came back few days later up'd their game a bit and beat us. You folks will know better than me, since I'm over here, but I think we played Aberdeen much like we played Rangers and Aberdeen didn't kick up such a fuss...or rather the media didn't kick up such a fuss. I think Wee Yin mentioned it in one of his posts but that is how you should play in a cup tie. It's win or go home so the passion, physical level and effort should all be turned up to the max. I hope we can win this and then have all those fans that went to hampden, come out to Fir Park for the Hibs game and give the players a rousing welcome onto the field as a big thank you for that semi final victory and really get behind them for the game against Hibs

Somewhat along those lines we need to be smart and controlled when we play them at Ibrox. I'm sure they will be raising their level of physicality but we just need to keep doing what we have been doing and not get dragged into a brawl. By what I can tell from comments we didn't really play anywhere close to our best but still managed 56% possession and a 2- 0 victory. Perhaps our next visit to ibrox could result in another joyous weekend ?

Nearly Sunday !! C'MON MOTHERWELL !!! I'm hoping we go in at half time 1-0 down then come out and hit 3 goals in the first 10 mins of the second half. Then another 3 before full time. Be nice to beat them 6-1 in a single game instead of "batter" them over two games.
