A few decent individual performances. Goalie, Sparrow, Thompson, Nicholson, Armstrong Average, Gordon and TJ. We’ll get more out of TJ if we can stop using him to chase all the time. Against our peers we should be giving him thru balls on the ground or to feet Poor, O’Donnell, Kaletta, Blaney Kaletta getting a lot of stick but I think he’s been playing thru an injury. SOD been struggling a bit since he came back but even harder for him today against the speed of the Celtic players. Need to use our forward signings and play some attacking football our next 3 games. Based on what we are seeing we have to think we are going to give up goals so we have to bite the bullet and attack and score more than we give up. 8 games to the split so the next 3 will have a big influence on what half we end up in.

When they have he ball Just get stuck in and right in their Faces from the start high pressure as a team and bite their ankles for as long as we can keep that going. When we have the ball try and keep it for a bit. Easy option passes try not to give it away needlessly

So the fans (WS) do have two votes to cast for or against any appointment, if it even works like that. Perhaps they discuss candidates and come to a consensus on best applicant? I assume the 2 WS board members should be representing the wishes of the members or were they selected and trusted to act on behalf of the WS in cases like this, without the need to poll the members? No hidden agenda or anything, I was just wondering how it works and if it has worked like this in the past? I think on some previous occasions the board has been called out for taking the easy/cheap way out or of “jobs for the boys” but at least there is a voice there from the fans although not a majority.
