I did see stuff about Toulouse being interested in Jens but no mention that they had approached us. As mentioned though, we pretty much knew it would come. Might as well get it sorted out early as possible. Move to Toulouse or commit to Motherwell. However, perhaps he wants better offer than Toulouse and decide to stay here one more season. I know, ever the optimist! I hope the board might go above and beyond normal to keep Jens here 1 more season to give it our best shot in Europe. We only have 9 weeks till our first leg tie. Either way, as long as he doesn’t go to another Scottish club I can handle it.

Not sure of what documented rules the SFA have, if any. So are rules being ignored or I there are none, then some need to be put in place. ifvthats the case start by points deduction for Celtic now amd henceforth this punishment shall apply to all teams should their fans invade the pitch. Celtic should not go unpunished for these recent pitch invasions.

If you can get to the league stage of the European competitions the money starts to flow in. That would be the best way to finance a new stadium and obviously, per your post, give more money to attract better players. having said that, I think JBA has demonstrated that spending lots of Money on players doesn’t guarantee a better team. Having the right coach and the right mix of players can go a long way to achieving success on a smaller budget. Of course, having that plus a lot more money wouldn’t be a bad thing. Would we then start to become a possible investment opportunity or maybe more the case of not requiring outside investors?

Went for Sparrow, his Goal saving clearance tipped it for me. Played well defensively, always available in support and is a close second to Just for energizer bunny award. His control and distribution is also much improved. You could put forward a case for virtually any of the players today.
