Yep! Number 10 ran past several defenders when ball in the air. There weee 2 or 3 other players in offside positions but none of them made any attempt to play the ball. Officiating ok in this instance. The red card is another matter though.
Fair post but can we afford to pry a “winning” manager away from a team? Even more difficult if other teams are also interested in said manager. Even then still not guaranteed that they would do any better once here but perhaps a better chance of success?
Agree, we need some financial backing for the club. Having said that I don’t think fan ownership was implemented as the be all and end all. I think any decent fan would welcome appropriate well managed investment in the club.
He didn’t go in with studs up. He is clearly focused on the ball and attempts to sky it up the park. However, the Dundee player jumps in and gets ball before Paton and collided with Patons studs. At most a yellow i suppose I don’t know what the guidelines are that SK mentioned
To use your own line of questioning, what are you basing your confidence in us getting a new manager that will be any better? Either way, get a new manager or persevere with SK, it’s a gamble. I’d rather work with the manager we have.
AS mentioned by a few already, big issue in giving the ball away. Too many bad passes so no build up, resorting to kick and run which Dundee are lapping up. Not moving or transitioning as a team. SK needs to change the shape/tactics to offer more dangerous attacks but then again it’s hard to do anything tactically when you keep giving the ball away under no pressure.
