Good to see Paton back. Good to see some of the new players putting in good performances and improving. Good to see Wilson established a first team regular and then of course, just good to see Miller strut his stuff. Plus we have a keeper who looks safe and confident. So lots of positives. I think we are now reaching the stage where the players we have are not suited to the style/tactics employed by SK. We have Watt, Stam,Moses,RobinsonHalliday not suited to be closing down bodies and chasing hopeful (hopeless?) long balls. With Nicholson and Slattery still to come back I think we are approaching the point where SK will have no choice but to play a more attacking formation against most teams. Credit to everyone for grinding out games and putting points on the board up to now. However, I think we could win games “easier” and with a more enjoyable style utilizing the players we have, in a more attacking style which will get more out of the players we have.

Thought over the whole game Kaleta was our best performer. He is turning out to be a good addition.

Obviously still a lot of inconsistency with hand ball. The guy hammers the ball very close to Halliday, his arm in a normal position for his movement. No way he could get his hand out of the way. Their disallowed goal correct. Rule clearly states even if accidental you can’t score a goal with your hand/ arm sounds biased but I think I’m being neutral

Terrible second half. Like two different teams first half v second half. totally gave uP midfield.

Id like to see us try and get the ball to Stam rather than him chasing all the time. Give him a few chances to see what he can do.

My take on that also. We Look very open at the back and probably against better teams we might be in a lot more trouble. However, much better going forward today and hope we can add. Couple more goals in the second half and put this game to bed.

Certainly carried a better attacking threat today.

I don’t necessarily think we played bad, we just didn’t play good. I agree with others in that I would not have subbed Tavares and Robinson on. Either leave original two on or bring on Watt and Moses. Having said that, I am not calling for SK’s head. For all his faults I think he is a good manager for us.

Need to make up for it and get 9 out of 9 points for November. That will make me quickly forget about it.
