  1. In the absence of a person to speak with at St Mirren, I have contacted them via Twitter (X) and emailed them. Will be interesting to see if there's a response and an explanation.
  2. Unsurprisingly, no one available at St Mirren.
  3. I have just spoken with the ticket office at Fir park and the problem is that St Mirren are insisting on physical tickets for away fans. Disappointing that considering their 'Well backgrounds, Las and Robinson haven't intervened to stop this madness. Calling St Mirren's ticket office, now, to seek an explanation.
  4. I think too many of them work in "day jobs" where they don't have to explain or account for their decisions, so they can't ever admit to making mistakes.
  5. Yep! One of the most important stats that seemed to have been ignored by many was that he's represented Wales at U16, U17, U19, and U21 levels, and the performance of the Welsh national team over the last decade demonstrated that he'd have something to offer.
  6. Kibble is a charity supporting kids at the margins and at risk.
  7. Just been contacted by staff at a couple of US and Canadian Colleges who know I'm a 'Well fan to ask about the video. They tell me everyone in their respective staffrooms are talking about it.
  8. If McGinn needs to wear a protective mask or his injury isn't fully healed, I suspect Levein will ensure he gets (re-)injured early doors.
  9. A few folk have called me about this one, too. They said they'd seen it a newspaper. Daily Record?
  10. Careful! you'll be drummed out the Brownies for daring to do anything other than praise Kelly. I thought he was poor at the first one, too, as did most of the folk around me.
  11. The last 'Well player I can remember making himself available for throw-ins and doing something positive on receipt of the throw-in was Andy Walker.
  12. Thanks for that. He lived in Walkerburn Drive in Wishie down the stair from my mate, so we knew him. However, old age does the memory in.
  13. Didn't Portsmouth also take a young guy, Bobbie?? from Coltness who was signed with us, too?
  14. In a previous job, on occasion I worked quite closely with SPFA (PFA Scotland) Education Committee, and it was obvious how highly regarded he was whenever he attended any meetings.
  15. When I lived in that area I went to a few games at Kenilworth Road and the racism I saw some of their fans displaying was disgusting, so maybe that's a contributing factor.
