How interesting is the middle 8 if as expected it fairly quickly becomes 2 groups of 4? (Although doing the maths on that, I suppose there will be a lot of cutting each others throats??) It does seem like this is a move to keep fans quiet until rangers get back to the top flight, it maintains the 4 old firm games per season and maintains 11-1 cartel, which are the most important things it appears. In return you get a bit more money if you do somehow manage to get relegated (which has been made very difficult).

There are only ~ 21 full time teams in Scotland, so wouldn't make for a very strong bottom end of the top division, and major changes would be required if a team came up, or you'd have part time clubs in the top division.

Depends who they are against? Beating celtic would be the most enjoyable, but least effective result.

It's not a vote though, it's a Q&A. It might just be an opportunity for the club to explain to a group of fans why they are voting for these changes. Which is fair enough, provided they give valid reasons.

Meant to be today... Heard Neil Lennon say celtic should get a home game 1st, never heard his rationale, but he'll probably get it.

I thought the 1st one was a panic as it had caught stmirren sleeping and put lasley in on goal. 2nd one would normally be retaken (I was told an identical one was retaken in the Friday game?) and I never saw the 3rd one. Technically they may all have been foul throws, but referees don't normally give them, so to get 3 in one game is bizarre! The foul he gave against lasley for riding a challenge was terrible!!

The referee really did seem poor, and wasnt helped by his linesmen! Not biased, just really bad, seemed to lack any confidence in his decisions, was indecisive and strangely picky about our throw ins! I've never seen 3 foul throws given since I was in the BBs!!

Nobody was outstanding, couple of glimpses of class from faddy, Randolph blameless for the goals and commanded his area well, ZFA did well going forward, and didnt get caught up the park too often. Humphrey was the pick of the bunch for me though! Tracked back, beat men, got a few good shots away, was unlucky not to get a goal to top off a good performance!

To be fair to John brown, he's set his team up to fight for everything, and it's been a moderate success, if just in getting the fans onside. There's nothing worse than watching your team go out with a whimper. Although getting your captain sent off for a pointless lunge in the last minute of a game that's already gone is right up there!

If we can compete all over the park without getting drawn into a battle, we should have the class to beat dundee, but that can be a tricky balance to strike!

I think it was his man management that let him down. Most of the guys he brought in did pretty well for us. We played some good football under him for a while. Yassin mouthakil, his terrible man management and his personality were the downsides.
