Ya dancer ye! First we have to get by Utd, but that's a great draw.
-
BBC2 - Sportscene is on. Highlights are just coming on...
-
I went for big Sutton. 12 goals this season. 4 in the last three. He gave the Utd defence nothing but trouble today.
-
Just in from the game. I can't really add anymore. It was a great blood and snotters cup tie. The away support was great, we made plenty noise and got right behind the team. John Sutton again played a blinder. Chased lost causes, got stuck in and scored 2. That's a goal in each round. Sadly, it was defensive blunders that cost us the game. Two lapses of concentration = two goals. Jamie Murphy had an off day, which is a shame. Franny Jeffers showed that he still has a bit of class and was one step ahead of the game on several occasions. Keith Lasley ran and ran. He has came on to a great bit of form. Sadly, the stewarding was shit, frankly. Being constantly told to sit down got on your tits after a while. David Goodwillie = :wank: We should beat them at FP (2 - 1, 4 - 3 over the two games... ). Hopefully, a tenner a nut again will let us create a great atmosphere and we can roar the boys through to the Semi's. Still in the cup. Maybe our name's on it this year... COYW

I really do believe we are in for a cracker. I feel that someone is due a right skelping from us due to our inconsistency and lack of goals. And the magic of the cup means that Sunday should be a good 'un. And it helps when the BBC do wee videos like this... BBC Match Preview Any estimates for the crowd we will take up? COYW

I'll be taking the Missus up to it. She seems to have the Fitba bug following the Semi. I'm stopping off at Leuchars for my Bro-in-law and his missus. With the game being £10 a skull, hopefully we take a big crowd up and make the powers that be realise "We drop the price to a tenner and look at the atmosphere..." Wishful thinking? Just hope we get the same Motherwell that was at Hampden and played the Shellik rather than the Motherwell that played St Midden... 4 - 3 Well anyone?
-

Jamie Dolan was good between to sticks as well...
-
It was a great performance the day. Typical of Motherwell. Getting beat by St Midden to bounce back and beat ra' Shellik 9 points from a possible 12. 3 wins in 4 games. Just haven't won the games we hope we would but it's always sweet to beat either one of the OF. Hopefully we can kick on and maintain a bit of form. But lets enjoy today Come on ye 'Well!!

Big Sutton got my vote for the two goals scored. The whole team deserve to tbh. Darren Randolph has been the signing of the season. 16 clean sheets and counting. Gunning and Big Hutch in the middle of the defence were solid. Hammell and Hateley were solid too. Forbes, Lasley and Jenno ran the midfield. Murphy and Humph done a power of running, especially on a heavy pitch.

Rather than condemming the gaffer's signing 'cos he husnae a fuckin' clue', I and many other 'Well fans were happy to wait and see how McCall's tenure at the helm of the ole ship 'Motherwell'. I know he wasn't first choice or whatever to be gaffer but I think that his first month/six weeks in the job has been good and his signings have had a positive effect. More of the same please!
-
I would hope that he has a fair idea of how he wants us to play Al and also what the players available can do. I certainly think that he has got the players keeping the ball on the deck and we seem to have confidence in the squad again which has been built over the past week. And as we all know, when a team has confidence, tactics and systems seem to be less of an issue. I also think that someone has had a word in Craigan's ear. There were less big punts up the park from him than usual.
-
I know it's a complete and utter PR exercise but I love getting the e-mails from the gaffer It's nice to hear the opinions and news from the team and the boss rather than reports in the paper. Keep it up Well.
-
Another impressive performance from Jenno so he got my vote. The rest of the team impressed over performances lately. Gavin Gunning was tearing the Hackies defense to bit in the first half. His running and strength up the touchline was great to watch. Also impressed with Franny Jeffers. Hopefully another couple goals and he'll go from strength to strength.
-
Highlights will be up tomorrow lunchtime on the Beeb website. Waiting to see Franny's first goal.
-
Great result the night. What the doctor ordered after the weekend! Great to see The Fox on the scoresheet! By the sounds of things, the sheepies struggled to keep tabs on him. As mentioned earlier... GIRFUY BROWN AND KNOX. WE ARE MOTHERWELL!!!
-
Looks like a 4 - 4 - 2 now with Jeffers coming off for Humph! Here's hoping the big man runs them ragged at the back!
-
Your not the only one that noticed... BBC I was going to bring it up but Franny Jeffers scored!
-
Here's hoping come May it's about 35 goals in 10 years!
-
On yersel Franny!!! The Fox in the Box is back!!! 1 - 1
-
Come on Motherwell!!!
-
I know everyone is slating McCall but those 11 guys on the park have to take a good hard look at themselves. I know we have had injuries but our senior players have to lead the young fellas on the park (I'm taking about you Craigan). I hope that the players feel like shite. I hope they'll come out at todders fired up and GIRFU 'Dementia Broon'. We have been scudded before and we will be scudded again. I think confidence and morale is rock bottom and has been since Broon left. I hope that McCall can pick the lads up. On a positive, Jones was the best player in a 'Well jersey I thought. Who signed him again...? We're on the rollercoaster. Whoo Hoo!!!
-
I hate playing at Ipox! Who here fancies a 16 team league now...? Craigan needs a boot up the arse. He should be commanding the defensive line. He's our captain ffs! Let's see what big McCall does now...
-
Looks like a cricket score. Shite!

Bastards! That wee fucker Naismith as well! 1 - 0 current buns!
