  1. I'd wager Mr Gannon would be a harder punch than Jim McLean
  2. Very much in vogue. Usual detractors apart, the club have worked themselves some very good PR with seats that would have lain empty.
  3. To save any more PM's and pant wetting accusations... 'A' League or MLS
  4. Well, going by what he said on Saturday that would be difficult as he's likely to be...
  5. Nay lad. Granted, I'll give you a few of your points, but, Western Bar is where it's at Wednesday afternoon anyways. Cloudy WILL be there
  6. Opinions are like arseholes
  7. Well, he played for Leicester City then no? That picture was the night Softie's shoot out penalty rattled the square post in the League Cup Semi-Final I'm sure.
  8. Always striving for improvement it seems in every position. We can from that to expect the unexpected, it's worked thus far. Can he take it to May? Scottish Cup Winners 2010 BELIEVE!!!
  9. A black pape? He cannae fail and be homosexual also! Can he?

New one on me, Lasley to give the midfield more dig? It would be a first...
  11. You wouldn't, another sycophant. Big wow wee! You've stated what even those who attended the remedial class had grasped. Shame the fact he was pissed at not taking three points didn't suit your agenda... Perhaps the majority of pant wetters (twice tonight SteveDiggle) who contributed will cease speculation and spurious allegation just because they didn't get their fix scrutinising everything he may or may not have said? You're learning... scruff.
  12. Whit? He's told it like it is, explained his actions fully, but, hey, don't you let the facts get in the way of some mock congratulations and the real deal. FAO SteveDiggle, lo and behold another pant wetter
  13. International week, notoriously slow news week. That and the fact he's spending a few days in the confines of family
  14. Grimmy, you know me too well. Only watch 'cause I'm convinced some of her chav family are bound to appear one day soon. Eh? Yer goggles too steamed up when cracking one off that you missed them? Anyroads, back to the original point. Good Support, even those on the nab.
  15. Firstly Secondly Eh? Watch you don't get skelfs on yer arse sitting that high up on the fence! For what it's worth, C'mon the redundant 'Well fans.
  16. Hope it was for that reason only... Don't think I'll have a drink at the football like we did that night. Highlight has to be the owner of the coach company that morning as we scrambled to get the hire on. "Look pal, I've got two buses snowed in at Newmains and you want to take one all the way to Inverurie, are you mad?"... Hell, Yeah came the reply.
  17. Disco, starting to sound like the pant wetters who frequent these boards m/lad. Sounds to me of careful editing on the media part to an interview Mr Gannon may well have under prepared for...
  18. Aye? Tactical changes by the man at the helm means there is a clash?
  19. Shamelessly taken from another thread, this sums it up for me also... From the man who wouldn't do a Sky Sports interview after they failed to sort his sky box out! It's the Jim Gannon show after all! Usual pant wetters from here should do their best to remember that, his agenda not yours. All will be revealed in due course...
  20. That suits me, the media don't know how to handle him up here. You never have Keevins et all question his method, he would expose and embararss the lot of 'em.
  21. Craigan? Lasley? McGarry? Perhaps. What will the pant wetters be like when Reynolds joins a championship club in January? I'm all for funding a late charge for the league title, are you?
  22. Could easily have gone a similar way for those of us out there back in July. Similar hold ups in entering the stadium, police presence bordering on the ridiculous... Understanding of previous trouble from visiting supports mind. The stadium itself is way underdeveloped and I would agree not fit to host Champions League fixtures. Thankfully, party atmosphere continued and nothing of note came to pass. The British Consulate were in attendance and apologetic in respect of resources deployed, with thanks given too by our Romanian hosts. Reading various reports this morning, "Burberry-clad Cockney geezers" amused although typically expected. One mentioned an "Eastern European dump", another "As cities go it must go down as one of the most grim and miserable places anywhere in the world. Honestly, the people are unpleasant, the streets are filthy and the weather at this time of year makes Glasgow seem sub-tropical." Whit? That's Glesga in a nutshell you weegie tink. Me? Loved the city, vibrant and on the move, home to some unscrupulous taxi driving fiends mind, but, all in all, some of the most hospitable people I've met on my travels. Would return in a heart beat, as I'm sure many who were there would. Again, pepper spray in use. A staple of the European police armoury and a lot, lot different to CS Gas... you uneducated weegie tinks. Saying that, I know they have a love-in with Hamburg SV's rivals St Pauli... but, I've got a double on that some Shettlestons get targeted in the same vein tonight
  23. Was sat with our ex-reserve keeper Gary Gow's brother who later became my boss for a time. Met him recently and he recalled that very day We hadn't won in about 6, usual lambs to the slaughter jibes all week. Claims he feared for his life when I introduced him to the rogue element... on the account him and his mate were shettlestons! Brand new heavy knit jumper, highly desirable at the time and not by schemies as it can be now, returned as a manufacturing fault - the sleeve had misplaced stiches along the shoulder... on the account of the local dibble There's been many, one particularly sweet one was an early nineties relegation battle with Falkirk at home, Mio at Easter Road, the equaliser the night Dougie notched a double at Ibrox, though, the volume of celebration at Easter Road when Fitzy scored the winner...
  24. Most budding keepers at the wee fellas footy and have clocked plenty at the match. On the christmas list version.143 in our house the noo.
