  1. Neil Lennon was on the books as a youth player was he not? Under Tommy McLeans reign if I remember correctly. Was homesick and returned home before reappearing in the English lower leagues.

Very much so, until spurious claims made by yourself on this 'ere thread. Thin ice skating methinks. Cannot disagree with post from Brazilian.

Wondered when you would get your oar in. You don't see any point? Then make that statement with your closing sentence? To reiterate our stance, we value the Trust's assistance, in return they get their name promoted through our use of Well Trust FC, not exactly money for nothing. Never been an issue until, dress it up how you like, clear personal agenda and stated untruths.

Bully for you! Wind yer neck in. You've tapped into something you have no prior knowledge of and what you have quoted can only be construed as lies. Is it any wonder membership is low when those in the corridors of power at the trust are known to 'bend the truth'. In the quest to represent the majority of the fan base, it's hardly likely to entice new membership now is it? You have mentioned offence to myself and others involved in our team with regards a recent publication. Certainly I've seen this coming since election to your perceived elevated position. Doesn't let the facts get in the way of a good story though...
  5. I've said it before and debated with Falkirk supporting colleagues, it's a sad indictment on the Scottish game if Falkirk are classed as a 'footballing' side.
  6. Would that be no covers at all or have they been moved to allow the pitch to breath and re-installed for tonight? Plus we are not playing on the grass outside. Inverurie informed the club it's all systems go with an update expected around 4pm
  7. That's where you and many others have it wrong. Small matter of safety certification and lists of outstanding works ever increasing with the costs ever rising.
  8. I kid you not. I'm sure it was from a handout given to residents in that locale, I'd have to check back though. Have seen similar drawings and railway plans (where I come in) to verify also.
  9. Man of the match award in the Millenium Club tonight... if we could get an end product...
  10. This will be the same Fir Park school which is ear-marked to move to a new joint campus with Cathedral Primary at 'the Stadium' off Milton Street. With regards Dalziel Drive, it's been a bone of contention for the college boards and no doubt local residents long before any new development was discussed, but, I'm sure they'll be glad to know it's as easy as installing a roundabout. My information was from a senior source at the college. Exiting onto Windmillhill Street and turning right for Wishaw especially will be less of a trauma when the the dual carriageway is extended from Airbles Road towards Orbiston Street eventually crossing over the West Coast Main Line linking what will then become the main spine to Wishaw from the proposed Ravenscraig development. Won't happen overnight, but, the existing layout we have at that locale will bear no resemblance to the proposed wether the 'Ark is located on Fir Park Street or not. For me? The largest brownfield site of its kind in Europe, embrace it, and please, please let the board tap into its resources.
  11. £60? I'd expect to be chauffeur driven up there for that. Word of warning, If you or anybody are planning on the train taking the strain, think again. Engineering Works are being undertaken in the latest of what is known as disruptive possessions. Chuff Chuff and bus hopping the order of the day and for many who travelled to Inverness last year will agree - not a pleasant experience. Buses north of Dundee this past week.
  12. That word allegedly... The developer knows the constraints of Dalziel Drive and their requirement is to have the land the 'Ark is housed upon to open up the development. The college work hand in hand with the club in varying matters and yes the college would want to maximise potential prior to their move, to this one though, I believe to be development lead and answered similarly in the second post above.
  13. Sold out signs will be up soon I'm told. Got mine without getting out my cot and my season ticket remained in the top drawer the whole time, for a game I was not too fussed about either. Result.
  14. Again, in times when the word 'legend' is used with too much ease, it doesn't do our Phil justice. He was a lot more than that, sadly, sadly missed. Plenty of memories, his performance for me on that fateful day epitomised everything we knew and loved about Phil O'Donnell. Gone but not forgotten, thoughts are with his family.
  15. Erm, naw. Circa £12,000 a week at the open air masonic lodge.
  16. Correct me if wrong, we haven't lost our manager as yet, so see your point in slightly bad taste. As to the stature of the two named above... Deary me, football would be way down my list of priorities if either came to pass. Graeme Souness? Available.
  17. Direct quote from a Rangers employee, "Motherwell have spoken to Dailly... on more than one occasion in the last fortnight". Crumbs.
  18. Over the years? Worst you can remember? Deary me, I'd hate to see us having a 'real' bad season... As for not watching it, try it, even with the hand on your gland, you seem to have it there when scrutinising everything else about performances or if you prefer fruit - check out Loyal Bobs' ass... it's a peach.
  19. Off topic I know, I'm unsure as to how the Supporters' Trust is representative of the core support. Understanding of its results since inception, I'm afraid smothered by its own constitution it fails to represent these views. With no need to wager that the numbers involved form a small percentage of our core support, I'd like to know existing membership levels of both organisations, my feeling is that numbers are similar with some an interest in both camps, dress it up how they like it - it's not excatly our core support.
  20. Nail, head, hit Just been speaking off-line to other fans and the post above highlights my thoughts exactly. Another shambles ensues...
  21. Another 4 pages of drivel, covering old ground and would you believe it, contrived by the orignal posters' issues with the Wellboys... Supportive of their aims, please cut out the St Pauli/Smeltic love in song and the Corries dirge when the mould firm are on show.
