But again, the optimum time to sell may be this summer. If some think he wasn’t brought to the club to sell on they’re not reading the room. Sweating the assets is what we do. 11 players on a par with Nathan McGinley will give everybody the fear - that’s another debate.
-
Right to ask the question, but, business model and longevity of the club will decree. The optimum to sell may well be this summer? Good keepers are plentiful South of the border - it’s how we never realised financial potential on Randolph, Gillespie & Carson. Good recruitment would soften any blow and not foist a Craig Samson upon us.

Inexplicable benching was discussed publicly by the manager, it was protecting the player himself on demands of 90 minutes week by week physically and mentally amid a rising disciplinary points total. All said & done, it’s a step up from development football in England. Reluctantly have to take that at face value. Do I agree? Like many, I don’t. Telling a 23 year old he can’t be playing each week in Scotland given his background & previous appearances doesn’t sit right - add in the performances of others selected ahead of him & it’s clear this particular train of thought should have stopped weeks ago. I was more concerned he stated another player was first pick when fit. Veil of secrecy? Think you answered your own frustrations. As for fans understanding, if some of the takes on here are anything to go by, Alexander discussing in a one to one still wouldn’t register. This unfettered access? It’s the reason why information has become scarce. I’ve seen some stuff trotted out with reference to ‘fan owned club’ in a quest for titbits lately - it’s high time some realise subs upwards if £5 a month don’t mean you have open access to how the club operates. I’d wager those at other clubs around us Hearts & St Mirren for example, don’t even get a similar insight to their clubs.

Well aware of current run of form. However our average players are being deployed is for another debate. Rumours abound? Not one has been credible and certainly not substantive. Players being omitted and voicing displeasure is phenomena? Criticising Alexander would see offenders banished - how do all these players make matchday squads? I’d discount a few theories on here for sure. Wait till Kelly goes in the summer, incandescent with rage will be the order of the day on here.
-
Problem? Some would say these average players should be chased.
-
I’m intrigued to find out what others base this on? And if I hear his ‘box to box’ credentials I may scream.
-
Like I said, without getting into the rights and wrongs of it - story was done to death at the time. Lad (has held his hands up) aimed it at those hogging the perimeter rather taking a seat which was problematic for those around them including our disabled supporters.
-
Dingwall? That’s a non story regardless what you believe. Without getting into the rights and wrongs of it, not the intended target & unfortunately was in close proximity.
-
Nearly a day for that and you’ve typed wummin deliberately? That’s beyond the pale. If I’d had you on ignore there would’ve been very few posts on this thread yesterday afternoon. Things ain’t great, I’m far from the happy clapper type, but, at least be a little constructive in your negativity and offer something to the debate.

No bother. Cunt
-
Think most on here want to see the back of your shite. Not defending recent performance, but, the patter from you cunts is chronic.
-
Not that I agree, having to take Alexander at his word - Slattery played a lot of football since arriving from academy football & has to handle the demands for 90 minutes per week. Can understand that pre-Christmas around time of suspension, I certainly don’t since matches returned.
-
He’s not. Part of the problem is the understanding? Not disciplined enough, holding midfielders rarely leave the gaps he does.
-
4-4-2 over 4-3-3 to save being overrun is a nonsense.
-
I’d love to be as very slow as them. Neither leave the gaps that O’Hara & Donnelly do.
-
Some merit in that. Let’s just see if he offers more consistency against harder working midfields than Aberdeen. Slattery is the pivot for me.
-
Merit in that, although it’s better than hankering after a golden age that’s long passed most by.
-
It’s called evolution.
-
Should really rejoice in this post…

There’s a common denominator… Liam Donnelly

That’s chronic. This two banks of four make it harder for teams in what way? Your centre pairing are invariably overrun by variations of 3/5 set upx Football has moved on more than some care to admit. Stop the rot? Alexander constantly changing teams and formations with no success is a bigger problem for me. I don't think we have a bad squad, but, making its constitute parts work seems to be a real issue.
-
Definitely not a ‘like fir like’, top scorer is a misnomer - it’s the hold/link up play being missed most. As I’ve mentioned previously, all the eggs put into a Tierney basket. Would take some evolution, no offence to the player - it’s miles from where we need to be.
-
You advocated playing Mugabi as striker, how’s that for being enlightened?

Sober up.
