  1. Well, attending every under 20 and first team match is in the remit so staying in Scotland would be beneficial.
  2. Not to disagree with your point, get the impression the board and management team will fancy their chances starting from a seeded position this year, hence, quick of the mark securing current squad members with a nod to the future.
  3. Unfair? Pray tell us why? As for a ticket scramble... Everybody who wants to see the match... WILL.
  4. Maybe not publicly, aye. His father though? He of Spam Valley* residence, well capable of letting his mouth run away with itself *in reference to the Spam Valley chants at Inverness 7 or 8 seasons since...
  5. I'd wager they are looking to cash in on any combination of Ciftci, Armstrong, Dow, McKay-Steven or Gauld...
  6. Sciatica problems for the kid didn't help, thus missing a large chunk of the season...
  7. Upon invitation, Portland Timbers on the other side of the pond was enquired about... Europa League commitments would have had a bearing on that anyways, as would any fixture at home giving the pitch more recovery time. (Remedial works were undertaken earlier due Women's International fixtures)
  8. You're making that up, no really, you are.
  9. Ladies & Gentlemen... WE HAVE CAUGHT A WHOPPER!!! Are you on the plant food? Never one to get dewey eyed, but, that pikey bastard couldn't lace 'our' James' boots! And I don't think I'll be in the minority thinking that.
  10. Wouldn't be a supporter of that...
  11. Concerns duly noted, whilst it would be great to have some more financial clout, I'm comfortable with how our club performs on and off the pitch. On a more serious note, why don't the club just announce where we are heading for the pre-season shindig before we get down to business on July 17th?
  12. He was on trial fairly recently and his brother put in an appearance at Dalziel Park to see him in a bounce match. Meeting friends and ex-colleagues, looking like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders - one description was 'he looked like a broken man' then the story surfaced of his own fans telling him he was shit. Anyways, first in the door, if he's half as good as his brother we're onto something.
  13. That's it in a nutshell... Still...
  14. No and thank goodness or I'd have crashed the car!
  15. Literally Movin' on up, what a way to finish! Kudos to you my friends, if it wasn't for the atmosphere created by our lot I'd have sacked Scottish footy by now...
  16. Calm yourself, dribbling all over that scruffy beard of yours there... or has Lee Erwin?
  17. And what's with the for Erwin?
  18. He was there in spirit, believe me...
  19. Can't disagree with that, but, feel the Scotland coaching role is of benefit to us in more ways than one. Gordon Strachan fulsome in his praise at the weekend is testament to that. His son on the playing staff, settled family life... Must also be considered.
  20. The link was Kenny Moyes brother of David the then manager, pastures new.
  21. Bit of a contradiction there no? Among the easiest to get to are any French, German or Austrian team! And a lot easier than that 9 hour bus haul to the arsehole of Wales... Llanelli. Don't even think they exist any more at any rate?
