  1. Suspect clamour from the board sycophants has our Chief Executive posting a poorly prepared address... The ethos of proposed distribution is correct much to the chagrin of many and some who should know better on here. It's been fun reading, still time for references to pant wetting, porridge dribbling and display of the pampers logo mind. After all, clearly states final confirmation likely on Wednesday... Detail could and should have been, oh, so better. Communication is key right enough, but, the more things change the more they stay the same is never more apt.
  2. Not wanting to piss on your parade. Dig a little deeper... he was a Leeds supporter! Those with white rose leanings may confirm. The affinity with the club who share claret and amber is from his time spent in Bradistan
  3. Few Motherwell fans still celebrating through here... Working in the vicinity of Waverley Station at the moment and a few 'Well chants could be heard about quarter of an hour ago. The show firmly on the road, keep up the good work and make yourselves known - perked my shift up.
  4. Be surprised if Humphrey makes our starting 11 given his late addition last week.
  5. I think I'd play Hateley at RB for the simple reason that if we win a free kick within striking range he give us the option of going straight for goal which should have the keeper guessing a bit. Eh? Can he not offer the same from the middle of the park? Hateley will start.
  6. No qualms with Jennings straight back into the fold. Can Hateley not be deployed in a 4-3-3 likes? Leaves Jeffers on the bench though...
  7. Will Saunders' hamstring hold up to the rigours of tomorrow though? Only a few weeks since we were told his season was over and struggled to make half time last week. Why change an unbeaten team?
  8. Well, he could get to the match and let the father be at the birth
  9. There might be a lot of road works around Hampden just now I don't know, but we were given the same route for the CIS Cup semi against Celtic a few years ago and it was tortuous then. The evening rush hour in Glasgow? Unless they've rescheduled that or the morning one all will be well.
  10. Surprised at the omission of Maurice Ross by many... Hasn't put a foot wrong in a 'Well shirt, experience of being over this particular course and a record of being unbeaten at Hampden, one of the 1st names on the teamsheet no?
  11. That's why we should haud the bus... ain't nothing official
  12. Well, have a word with yourself, not as if you are playing is it? As an aside, any of you coppers' narks know the location for Motherwell supporters coach parking on Saturday? Should ask the club as they have been taking a keen interest in our 86 seater apparently For those towards the Mount Florida end of the ground, just outside as before? Be surprised if the press car park off Aitkenhead Road is utilised as it was at League Cup semi-final and would St Johnstone coaches have the trek to Polmadie Road that we had?
  13. And you know how much our current squad are paid... Pray tell more
  14. It's okay, we'll be getting an email. Gutless
  15. Might have known who would have taken offence... Wind yer neck in. I didn't post smileys, but, definitely lighthearted and tongue in cheek which I believe most would and have understood. Nobody mentioned 'Catholics' except YOU. Yes, there are those of other faiths who follow that lot. Is there a funnier site than a macaroon in a green/grey hooped home jersey? Plenty experience of the easily offended who see their club as an extension of the catholic church and the evils of Rome, it's this which gets my ire. Dig a little deeper, more and more children of a roman catholic upbringing not just up here where the whisky bond once sat, but, all over the Motherwell area are placed at Dalziel High. Did you know, so much now, that the seat of learning that is Our Lady's is carrying a school role around the 600 mark with a decision to term the school 'non denominational' to counter the under capacity? The reference to our sovereign lady and family allowance? Inherent in many of that persuasion and an all too easy put down used by those with similar sense of humour. As a previous poster stated, 'Seperate Catholic schools in this small country breeds sectarianism, bigotry and hatred'. Before any more of the easily offended jump on our diminutives' bandwagon. We understand these are not actively taught by those employed there, it's the idea of seperation that fuels these flames...
  16. So mother and father had a placing request accepted for him to attend Dalziel High rather than the run risk of being tampered with at the far end of Dalzell Avenue. Parents probably give the fingers to our sovereign lady with one hand, but, willingly take the family allowance with the other. His inane ramblings don't do his parents credit (quite possibly inbred) neither does it say much about the level of schooling at that school noo the chief is away... I digress, have we no up and coming 'Well upstarts at that school who could earn their spurs and terrorise the little tink?
  17. Another to fuel the easily offended... Poor unbalanced officiating the cause and we still took the points. Mug.
  18. Direct quote from Gordon Young on Dumbartons' official site, suggests he'll be under his guidance in development rather than imitating St Midden.
  19. Nicky Devlin, defender from Dumbarton pre-contract CONFIRMED
  20. Somebody taking it for you? Mind we've a local derby 'cause the sHamilton tossers refused to change the kick off...
  21. The fella is entitled to his opinion, I'd wager he ain't alone in his thoughts...
  22. Fuck right off. Pretty serious accusation that... The club received grant funding as a result of their association with the girls set-up and the girls never received benefit? Tant amount to fraud no?
