I'm definitely getting concerned but I don't see any reason at the minute to get rid of kettlewell but I think a few more bad results then we will need to seriously look at changing it around the turn of the year.i hope he doesn't start overthinking everything and we start to see a number of changes and daft formations each week out of sheer desperation,he needs to find a way of making us hard to beat again and build on it from there, confidence looks gone and individual mistakes are happening to often,we need to stop the rot and quick.i would be dropping kelly for a start,he is installing no confidence in anyone, get spencer at right wing back and give gent a go on the other side and get a bit balance to the team and let them attack all day long,it might not work this time but we seen what happened when johnstone and furlong came in last season.we need mika in the team as much as possible,if that's on his own or part of a pairing, either way we need a body or two getting forward from midfield.i think we can turn our form around but it will only happen if we get back to basics.the manager is coming under more and more pressure but the players need to have a look at themselves there's still to many that go hiding at the first sign of trouble and guys like kelly and slattery among others have previous for it.

Completely agree, keeping obika on was the lazy option,he was average last season when he wasn't injured, that set the tone for a piss poor transfer window.bair is shite, the best thing that can be said about him is that he works hard and that's where it ends,I thought wilkinson might have been a decent signing but he's a carthorse, throw in shaw and our option are as bad as I can remember.we would have been as well keeping shields and mandaron that's how bad things are.

Aye the whole new deal for o'donnell was very hush hush,he should have been out the door in the summer.
-
It's crazy how things have went bad so quickly and we're now in a really similar position to when kettlewell took over
-
The fact we came into this season with o'donnell as first choice right back was a joke,we then sign spencer who has been decent but play him on the wrong side to accommodate him.
-
It's getting worse by the game, next to nothing created yet again and another piss poor goal conceded.
-
Kelly is a liability the now,he needs dropped
-
I didn't think we would have risked mika at all today so it's a bonus to actually see him start, the rest of the team looks a bit desperate,to have only two midfielders in away from home is a bold move.

The transfer market can make or break a manager and our recruitment in the summer was a shambles,I get the market is limited for us with wages etc but the last thing we needed to do was back ourselves into a corner anymore by signing known crocks and guys that have already struggled in the league we play in,sadly keeping obika on set the tone for what was to come.we also have the same old problem appearing where at the first sign of trouble certain players go into hiding, slattery for example was really good in the early part of the season but when it's not going our way he's more interested in doing the dying swan act a looking for fouls,he's far from the only one, still relying on the likes of mugabi and o'donnell is holding us back.i still think there is some good things that can come from this team,we need to get back to the basics and hard to beat for that to happen though.back to the subject of transfers,I really hope there is some scope for movement in january as we might need one of those windows where we really get it right if we're still struggling by then.

He came in and really turned it around for us so he deserves the chance to try and get us out the mess that he's got us into.its like we're back to where we were when he took over a total shambles in every department,we have one bright spark in mika but his fitness means we're only seeing a cameo plus he surely won't be involved any when we play on kilmarnocks surface,it's not panic stations yet but definitely a real concern just how bad we are at the minute, also concerning that the pattern of certain players performances and interest levels seem to have reared there head again with yet another manager.
-
Van veen wanted to go,he knew this would be his last chance to earn a bigger wage,if he's on the 10k a week that's he's reported on now, there's no way we could have competed anywhere close to that, him leaving wasn't the main issue it was the absolute guff that's been brought in,obika, wilkinson, shaw and bair between them couldn't spell football, mika is several levels above them but at the minute were reduced to bringing him on as a sub to try and rescue the game,if we had mika and one other competent striker we would be laughing.
-
He improved when we changed manager like a few others and now there back to being dross again, there's definitely a pattern with too many of our players picking and choosing when there interested in performing.
-
Looks like some of our players are wanting to be sent off here
-
Too true,we were never going to sign a 29 goal a season striker,we only need a couple of competent ones that could share a decent goal return between them but other than biereith we signed absolute guff and we're now relying on him coming off the bench to keep digging us out a hole.
-
We have taking some massive steps backwards in the last few weeks, the shape and pressing side of our game is non existent,to still be relying on the likes of mugabi and o'donnell is costing us yet again,we have see that picture far to many times now.fuck knows what the idea was coming into this season as an attacking threat, out options are laughable.
-
We were solid defensively for a while there but it's not taking long for the comedy cuts defending to return.
-
I'm usually right so just agree and you'll be alright 😂
-
The big issue at the last game was fans without tickets rushing the doors to get in,it was as clear as day that there was more folk behind the goals than should have been when you see the amount that were standing in the stairways and that's not the first time I've seen that happen, let them keep getting away with it and they will keep doing it.if one of there fans had got injured or worse in the stampede when they scored there second goal then it's our club that would be well and truly fucked when they need to provide answers to some serious questions like why is there to many people in the stand than has tickets.
-
MJC beat me to it but thanks for that grizzly 😂
-
Spot on,other clubs have cut there allocation due to previous incidents and it's now time we followed suit.
-
I don't think we will ever see souare again,at the time it felt like a bit of a strange signing to bring in someone in there 30s that was a bit injury prone.the full back positions we really need to sort out,Spencer has been really good for us but ideally we get him on the opposite side, gent has looked ropey so far but like furlong last season he might come onto a game the more he plays.ewan wilson is getting talked up for his performances on loan,it would be ideal if he could come back in January and have a similar impact like johnstone did last season.
-
That was definitely a point gained and onto the next.what is concerning though is the good things we have seen for most of kettlewells time, like having a good shape and everyone knowing there role and being to beat are quickly disappearing by the game, hopefully having butcher and biereith back in as starters will make a difference but we really need to start doing the basics properly again.
-
To have the four that you mention on the books at the same time is scandalous, this is worse forward options I can remember us ever having.
-
Spot on,if we play one up front today then we will be playing right into there hands from the start.this is the ideal game to have two up front and have a right go.
-
I can see this game being just as bad as the livingston game so I would be happy enough with a point,I think it will be 1-0 either way though with a penalty deciding it.
