That's my take on the situation as well Fatcalf. Don't think the Welsh lot will move to the bigger stadium because they already think the tie will be over at Fir Park and they won't fork out any money if they don't see a return for it. There might well be a few disappointed folk who won't get a ticket for the return. P.S. I have a season ticket and have had for many years but as I work in the NHS I am committed to working some weekends and so occasionallly have to miss out on games even at Fir Park. Same applies to away matches. So due to circumstances outwith my control I can't always get to every match. Does that make me any less of a supporter ?? I think the club in general try to do their best as there is no way they can please all the people all the time. I am sure they will get as many tickets as they can for the return.

Did some surfing and came up with these prices Arsenal £855 - 1825 Liverpool 650 - 750 Chelsea 660 - 1150 Tottenham 635 - 1675 West Ham 615 - 885 Portsmouth 600 - 925 Everton 503 - 603 Man City 388 - 625 Hull 380 - 450 Middlesborough 390 - 550 Sunderland 415 - 525 Stoke 334 - 499 Newcastle 330 - 650 West Brom 299 - 399 Bolton 299 - 449 Aston Villa 265 - 510 Fulham 299 - 779 Wigan 250- 295 Blackburn 249 - 439 Scottish Premier League Rangers 409 - 612 Celtic No details unless you apply ( What's the secret ) Hearts 290 - 460 Hibs 355 - 380 Dundee Utd 360 - 420 St Johnstone 315 - 375 Falkirk 275 - 375 ( one at £200 which excludes OF games) Killie 300 ( only last seasons prices available) Aberdeen 241 - 425 St Mirren 285 - 315 Accies 300 ( seems to be the only price quoted) Motherwell 270 - 370 Quite surprised Aberdeen have a season cheaper than ours considering the Management wages they must be paying next season

JB has said we won't have a new manager by the time the Europa cup kicks off. Has he somebody in mind that won't be available for a couple of weeks yet ?? Who would fit that bill ?? Stuart Pearce would possibly be available after the Under 21 competition in Sweden (?) Might be looking to get back into club management. There's the one from left field that everbody's talking about. Lets keep this idea going and see if Keevins does his usual journalistic homework and has an exclusive about Pearce seen at Fir Park.

If it comes down to Luc or Gary Mac I would go with Luc. MacAllister shot himself in the foot after his comments the last time as far as I'm concerned and now that he has had a not too successful spell with Leeds he has decided he wants to come back to HIS TEAM. Luc on the other hand is making the right noises as far as I'm concerned talking about working with young players and helping them develop. We like to think on here that we have a good youth system in place so why not let somebody with a good record with young players have a shot at it. He is also talking about bringing his family back to Scotland if he gets the right job ( totally the opposite to Muttley who still kept his house and family in Brighton ). I say give the guy a chance. Mon the Dossers.

Last I heard (on Clyde I think) we are holding out or 250K for the pair and Willie (the ref Miller) has offered 100K. Gaun yersel JB do your WBA impression "If yez want them that's the price if you ain't willing to pay then F*** off" Mon the JB

Suggest you log into the Record website and register and then ask for a retraction from Keevins. I know it ain't going to happen but a few of us are already there and it won't look good to the Record if all the comments on their own site are about the nasally challenged dwarf concocting stories to get himself a headline.

The post above about him thinking it over and giving an answer on Wednesday seems about right to me. Now that West Brom are playing hardball with Celtic over Mowbray and Lawell is saying he won't be held to ransom I reckon MMG still thinks there is a chance he will land the Sellick job and is holding out to see what happens there. Whatever it ain't doing us any favours and I'm getting pissed off with all the hanging about. Either say you're staying (unlikely as far as I'm concerned ) or F*** off and let us get on with it. Come on Luc.

Aye but is he Motherwell minded ????
-
Luc with an experienced No2 who knows current Scottish football scene. Malpas anyone ???? Seriously if we could get somebody to work with Luc I would be happy with that. Anybody but the Burrows/Elder "dream team" somebody proposed further up the page.

Any Fans Here With No Connection To Motherwell/lanarkshire ?

Christ you must have been pretty stoopid at school if you didnae leave Knowetop till you were 20 I left when I was eleven. -
Bobby Graham never got the credit he was due when he played alongside Wullie Pettigrew. Graham would get the ball, hold it up, wait for Pettigrew to arrive and play it in front of him to run onto and Wullies pace took him past defenders and scored a lot of his goals due to the assists from Bobby Graham.

Don't laugh at the Roy Aitken link. I heard last night that it's a done deal for David O'Leary as manager with Aitken as assistant. The official announcement is being delayed till Sunday so the Smelts can steal Rangers thunder in the press (assuming The Teddy Bears win the cup) If you haven't heard this before remember you heard it here first. Mon the Dossers.

Probably one of the best inside forwards ( midfielders to you young pups ) to ever grace the Claret & Amber. Not the biggest guy in the world but more than made up for his lack of stature with an abundance of ability. I still consider it a priviledge to have seen first hand the Ancell Babes. That was the team when I started following the Dossers and was undoubtedly the best team ever to don the Claret & Amber. The only regret was that they never managed to win a trophy that their play deserved. Weir McSeveney McCallum Aitken Martis McCann Reid Quinn St John Hunter Weir What a team !!!!!!!!!

According to the list above we can't be playing them as they are going straight into the 2nd qualifying round. Your UEFA friend is at the wind up.

New Broomfield will do nicely. 6 minutes from my front door. Only a fiver a skull to park in my driveway. Mon the Dossers.

As soon as Tango man buggers off, Strachan resigns at Porkheid. Maybe because he is of the "Aberdeen family" he is shooting up the East coast to be with his pal Willie " I'm the ref" Miller. MCGhee will be off to London Road and Owen Coyle is coming back to Lanarkshire to join the Dossers because they gave him a game at the Masters. Whit a load of P**h. Lets just wait and see what happens.

Remember it well. You coming in late as usual and all the punters telling you to sit down as you were blocking their view. Some things never change.

Thanks for that Leeann. It's great to see that at last we have somebody in the halls of power who seems keen to keep the fans up to date with whats happening at Fir Park. Keep up your good work. Mon the Dossers

Heard that wee arse Keegans on Radio Clyde saying Well are involved in a "War of Words" with the Hibees about who's bottle will go at the weekend. Anybody seen or heard anything about this anywhere ???

The JVofH assault was a total joke. Brines knew there was a foul and blew then realised it was the big whore of Castlemilk and twigged he would need to send him off as he had already booked him so he took the easy option and gave a foul to Celtic. As already stated Klimpl's booking was given because the wee Ginger whiner was running up and down the line moaning. Second half he as a bit better but how the south stand can give us a chorus of "Who's the mason in the black" I'll never know.

Jay I'm sure I heard the last bit about "why don't you go home ". If I'm wrong I apologise but I think it was sung and no doubt the Weggie media will pick up on it it it's true.

To Mr Strachan @ Celtic Park We might just have had one shot on target today and got a point Thats one more than you had last Sunday at Porkheid and got a point. So dry your eyes and GRUY. And Brines you can get tae F***
