Yes. Too much work to do on a Saturday to see any of the game I'm afraid. I'm just putting this out to Well fans before I advertise further afield.
-
Hi, Saturday staff required at The Well Shop. Must be available on all Saturdays (9.30-5.30 matchdays, 9.30-3pm non matchdays). Other matchdays (Sunday and midweek games) as required. CV's to The Well Shop or to alan@pslclubshops.com Alan Provan The Well Shop

We now have the friendship scarves for the play-off round in stock at the Well Shop. We also have a Motherwell v Odense commemorative mug in stock. As always stock is limited and once they're gone they're gone!!! We will have badges in store just prior to the home leg. Manufacture of these takes a little longer. Cheers Alan P The Well Shop

Cash only I'm afraid. Its being held inside the shop but run by the Kit man. We will be starting a queue outside at 9.30 (arrive earlier if you wish but there will be nobody there) and it will be strictly first come first served.

You can now keep up to date with any special offers or other information from the Well Shop on Facebook. Click on the link below to add. http://www.facebook.com/pages/manage/#!...op/377098802357

Just a wee reminder about the calendar signing tonight. The Shop will be open during the event and calendars can purchased either at the shop or in the Cooper Suite (cash only in the Cooper suite). There will be a two calendar per person limit for signing as we want as many people as possible to get a chance to meet the players. The bar will be open throughout the event for those who want to purchase refreshments.
-
As of tomorrow we will be open from 12-3.30pm. Also, the 2010 calendar is now in stock!!! We will be having our signing event as usual this year but the players will be in the Cooper suite where it is a little more comfortable than standing in the car park!! It will be on Thursday evening (5-7pm) Details will be on the official site soon Cheers Alan

We will be open from 9.30 as usual but wil close at 11.30 for the funeral. I would estimate at this stage that the shop will re-open at around 1.30pm until 4pm Kind regards Alan

I'm in all day tomorrow so if I'm not in the front shop, ask for me and I'll get it sorted out. Cheers

Any problems with the sizing, bring it back in and we'll make sure we get one to fit you. Kind regards Alan Provan The Well Shop

I can. Canterbury are not in liquidation and will continue to be our kit supplier. The away kit will be launched in August with the date to be confirmed. Cheers Alan
-
To be fair, Canterbury have delivered nearly everything asked of them. There was a slight shortage in XXL and a short delay in XXL and infant kits. The main issue we have is that demand has been way ahead of last years sales and as a result we have had to pull our July delivery forward. Canterbury have been really helpful in this regard and have pulled out the stops to get additional stock to us asap. I know its dissapouinting if you are one of the ones to lose out but rest assured we are working very hard to get all possible stock here before the Euro tie. As usual, if you have any further questions feel free to contact me in the shop or pm me through the forum. Kind regards Alan Provan Motherwell Direct

Short sleeved are more likely to be Monday/Tuesday. Confirmation to follow.
-
Canterbury have told us we will receive the long sleeved shirts on Friday. At the moment we have no order tracking number so we can't get an exact time. As soon as I have more info I'll post here. Kind regards Alan Provan

We are still waiting for the second delivery of jerseys. Pre-orders were at record levels and we very quickly sold out of certain sizes. XXL were admitedly short delivered so we sold out of these first. Please call the shop on 01698 338 025 and we can try to give you updated delivery info. Canterbury are doing everything within their power to speed up the delivery of the second batch but this is not an easy process as they are on route from overseas. We should have all delivery information with us this afternoon. Kind regards Alan
-
If you pre-ordered a large for delivery it will have been sent. This sounds as though there may be a problem with your delivery. Please call the shop on 01698 338 025 with your order details and we will track your delivery for you. Kind regards Alan
-
Just to be clear. We are unsure as to why we have not received them. Both those points were just possibilities as to what may have happened. We can absolutely assure you we are doing everything we can to get them here, as are Canterbury. It is very dissapointing for us as well as we would obviously like everything to be perfect for the launch. We will have all information available on Monday morning when Canterbury are able to get back to us with the full story. My hope is that they will be here early next week. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Alan Provan Motherwell Direct

Absolutely correct. The Club Shop will be open from 9.30am until 3.00pm on Saturday 20th June for the launch of the new CCC home kit. In answer to another question, there will be two queues. One for pre-order collection and one for sales on the day. Cheers Alan Provan The Well Shop

Hi, The shop will be open from 12pm-3pm this sunday whilst the Kit Man has his sale of trainingwear. As a wee special offer we will be offering a further 10% off all sale goods for one day only. If Alan McDonald has sets of shirts and you need more shorts and socks we may be able to help. Cheers Alan Provan The Well Shop

I hope, by posting on here, that I can clear a few things up. I obviously can't go into specifics of contractual arrangements or get involved in a debate online. I am however always available to talk to by phone or in the Club Shop. I will try to answer any questions as straightforwardly as I can. To be clear, we at PSL were involved with contract talks with MFC and Canterbury from the outset. We did not however inform our staff of the potential change as we did not want any information in the public domain before things were set in stone. They have been as surprised as everyone else. I would like to point out that MFC and ourselves always intended to make this announcement as soon as we could to minimise disruption and to keep supporters informed as early as possible. As soon as we had a contract in place we along with the club and Canterbury announced the deal straight away and subsequently cut the price of existing stock in store accordingly. I know this is frustrating for supporters but it is only in the last few days that we have been in the position to make any formal announcement. The association with Canterbury is a four year deal initially so we hope to be in a position to give as much stability with kit launches over the next four years as we can. I'm sure the fans will be very happy with the kits and trainingwear that Canterbury will provide and we can have a long and happy relationship with them. I hope this answers a few of the issues on here from our point of view. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. Kind regards Alan Provan Provan Sports Limited
