Can anyone provide actual evidence of Gannon's "meetings" with other clubs, rather than hear-say or half-baked media reports? When quizzed last year at the Well Trust Q&A night, he said we knew mare about these jobs than he did. And to be fair, ye cannae really blame McGhee for wanting to speak with any of those 4 jobs(maybe Hearts being the exception, purely cause of Mad Vlad's involvement). If being honest, we'd dae it, if in his shoes.

We truely love a good stereotype on this place, don't we??? What a shite thread about Motherwell!!!!

Surely Monday tae Friday (mornings & afternoons) cannae be that busy, apart fae school holiday times? PS...can you spot this week's topical reference in that post??

I simply agreed with the previous post and then gave an additional example to why i don't support scottish referees. If you check, you'll find you linked my story with Dougal to Jim Gannon(even though my incident was under the Craig Brown era). When a former high-ranking referee(i believe he retired in May 2009) comes oot wi shite like he did, then it doesn't say much for them.

+1 Stuart Dougal's comments in his article following Forbes' goal against the h**s for me, sums up why I have no support for Scottish referees. He defended the linesman involved by saying it was the player's fault for making the linesman make a call. Despite being clearly several yards onside, he blamed the player for making sure the goal was scored(even though Craigan's effort could have hit the post or even went by). I also fear that Dougal will takeover from Dallas.

Hope they don't start building settlements on Fir Park or we'll need to set up the F.P.L.O. - baggsy being Yasser Arafat Here All Week, just bootiful
-
Seriously though, screw Dallas, Gannon told us he was duff a year ago. And the "strikers", they get no support from me until they come out after matches and explain their discussions to the fans & media. We really need strong refs, like that one from the Real Madrid game during the week, dishing out bookings for time-wasting. Imagine we had someone like that in charge during the Accies game recently

Feck Dallas....... Pam's Dream In The Shower Season, was the final straw for me. Always preferred Dynasty after that.

I just had a call from the SFA - they have asked me to join the squad

Crazy day, Left the house at 6.30am Get into the game as a kid (Cheers Peter, sorry dad) Cannae mind much of the game Having to get confirmation that both our goals counted fae hame. Winning Best Dressed prize (You know it makes sense) Almost arrested for holding-up a train(just call me Buster) so that Fritz could make it Sitting in some swanky hotel bar waiting for Fritz(Jager-gate) and Broony(he got the wrong train and was heading to Wick), drinking overpriced Becks Had my own pc for 3/4's of train ride hame(to be fair he was actually awwright) Text the mrs at midnight to say getting taxi hame fae Queen St Hijacked by Broony and taken to a nightclub in Bellshill, where we meet Bolton and co Finally get hame at 3am, a little worse for wear. Anyone for Aberdeen next month???? :wank:

Agreed, deserves a move like this. I don't think he'll play centre-half over there though. If this move happens, I wonder if he'll make the next Scotland squad??????? And he better take his factor 50 to protect himself from the southern Italian sun!!

I'm I right in saying that Group C would have been our group had we won last night? Could have been lovely trips to Portugal, France and Bulgaria for us aww. -
6000-7000 Well Fans every week would do me personally, fling in 1000-2000 away fans. Even when we get beat, the better atmosphere numbs the pain of losing a bit.

Where The Fuck Was Craigan When It All Kicked Off
Infamous Wee Grafter replied to Welldel's topic in Club Chat
Easy solution - whoever takes the pk, get the ball and go walk away and chat to another Motherwell player, away from the hustle until the ref is ready for the pk to take place. Either that or sign Carlo Tevez to give some banter back to the opposition, make some gestures to them, then BANG DORITOS..... as he blasts the ball into the roof of the net, wiping the grin of that twat Rooney's face in the process. -

Just noticed on UEFA.com that last season they paid out the following for making the group stages, 600,000 Euros - just for qualifying to group stages. 300,000 Euros - for playing 6 matches in groups (50,000 per game) Additional Prize Pot - Group Stages 120,000 Euros - for winning a group match 60,000 Euros - for drawing a group match Plus all the extra revenue, TV Pot, Matchday Sales etc etc.......... It's awww crazy days man!!! -
