  1. Casagolda will sell more shirts!...... But hopefully Jeffers will score goals!
  2. Lets give the lad a chance, He cant do any worse than the current Strike Force can he.... if he only warms the bench the Likes of Murphy and Sutton have at least the thought that if they dont produce the goods they will be dragged off!
  3. Where ever they stayed it worked! Thanks to Gow leaving we could afford it!
  4. New Striker now....... who knows.. maybe he is the answer
  5. Always going to be tight in the early stages, this is there Cup Final dont forget, hopefully go forward and creaet some more chances in the second half!
  6. Thank you.... i like the set up we have today... i think it will work, i reckon that Humps will play as an extra striker... could be intersting.
  7. Its a great opportunity to to get three points, Sammon gone is another reason to be confident. After sunday the players will take confidence from that and move forward surley. Might be tempted to bring Jones back in and maybe even rest Craggs to make room for him. Both wingers creating space through the middle for the on form Lasley and Jennoe to support Murphy and Sutton up front. Good feeling about this one.
  8. They do there work making space, and dragging defenders out wide...IE they often double up on Murphy and Humphrey, that creates space in the middle for Lasley and Jennings to exploit, hence the Man of the Match award going to Jennoe. He was given all the space in the world to work with, because Rangers were worried about the pace of both Humphrey and Murphy, that is not taking anything away from Jennoe as he was outstanding as was Lasley. Think of the bigger picture, it is seldom that your wingers get man of the match awards without the midfield being a close shout for the award, normally its one or the other never really close between wingers and playmakers... Either or... not normally both in the hat. Murphy and Humphrey might not of been the star performers Sunday, but ill tell you what there work rate and the ability to drag the defence wide was perfect for the game plan Sunday. Hence a tight game, if you create the space the chances will follow.
  9. Omar DALEY Actually he is as quick as Humphrey.....deffo on a par with him.
  10. Same team as the Semi final, and three points are in the bag... Great team performance Sunday, lets carry it onto Wed night. Motherwell 3-0
  11. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz And Sleep! Think on the bright side, ill have another 12 months to grind you down...
  12. Well Done Humps...... B.A.H.B Great news for the club all round. Good luck in for the rest of your contract, and hopefully that long awaited Scotland cap will follow.
  13. Gutted i missed that mate.....sounded good that!
  14. They are not unbeatable... No Striker of the standard in the squad to match the one they have lost. Keep it tight untill half time and there is always a chance that it could (Be Us ) this year. Positive outlook, and a positive result is on the cards.
  15. The result was poor, overall both teams were as poor as eachother... Motherwell created more than enough chances to win the match hands down, unfortunately i never worked out on that occasion, we have got to stick with the players we have. A few new players would be great but untill it happens, lets play with what we have. The performance deserved @least a point, No one player can be blamed for losing the match. We missed easy chances....We made mistakes at the back....We never commanded the midfield. all of those factors together as a team meant we never won Simples! As for confidence of certain players.. if we continue to batter them after every defeat how do you think they will react... The players play to a system that they must stick to... as all training is based around that... if certain players are not moving off the ball its because they have been told to stay there for reasons only known to coaching staff, its only when you get in the last third that the player then makes his choice as in what to do with the ball, unfortunately last night we made the wrong choices and the luck just was not there. The team are a good team, just missing that final touch, when that comes the team will gel again and start to improve.
  16. Pretty much all to play for as it stands... I will go for Motherwell to win 3 Nil. Stick with the same line up as last match, no new faces i fear, last chance for a few of the players to find that lost touch. Randy Hateley Hutchy Craggs Hammell Humphrey Jenno Lasley Forbes Murphy Sutton
  17. Of Course Busta...... and i would give him the lift there!
  18. Keep mentioning getting rid of him and ill keep replying....SIMPLES.
  19. My point would be that Rangers would need a goal scorer not a (Beattie) Type player, you lose a goal scorer you want one in return. Sutton good player but not top class.
  20. Cant afford to lose Humps... No matter what your take on him is...to valuable to the team. Most clubs in the SPL would want Humps.
  21. Like Sutton though i do, he is not clinical enough (in goal scoring terms) to go much higher than he is playing at the mo... Rangers... to bigger step for him (presently)
  22. Good shout in my eyes.... Worth a real punt.
