More and more i think about it I'd quite like Billy Stark to take over! He is very very well thought off in Scotland! Likes working with young kids and plays the game the right way! Also has a lot of experience! Aberdeen were very interested in him but he refuses to leave the Central belt area! Might be a decent shout tbh!

Just out of interest why us there such an aversion to Chisolm and Dodds! I know they crashed and burned at Dundee but that club is a shambles(much like Aberdeen) but there record at QOS is pretty impressive! Qualifying for Europe etc and picking up some right decent players! I personally just don't like Chisholm which puts meofgthem, stupid I know but my only reason for not wanting them! Dodds I have heard a mix bag about!

As I said I don't think they are the answer, defo not in the long term poss not even short term! An interim 1 month appointment or something more experienced is in my opinion a must tho until we know who is interested! Craggs/young have enough to cope with, without also running the first team for 3games!

Agree 100%! For the first time in years we felt stable! Nowits back to uncertainty and the unknown! We have a really young squad and team who could be doing without all this hassle and upheaval! They clearly respected and admired both Brown and Knox and this could have a detrimental affect to them! This concerns me!

I don't think they are the answer either, never said that in my post. My point was too the fact there is no reason to rush it! I don't agree with that! Look how well an interim manager worked with Brown. We need the same until a full appointment is made! Maybe Calderwood in the interim or wee Tommy Mc! Just don't think we can leave it with the games we have coming our way!

There is a reason! We have at least 3games inthe next 14 days! Would you be happy with Youngy or Craggs incharge of the training and team until then and possibly coming out with 0 pts! That could be a really crucial time for the team and for our season! The next month is really difficult for fixtures and we need experience in as soon as possible!

Can only think that this is an interim appointment if it happens to keep the team moving until a manager is in place! We have a really tricky run of games coming up and could be doing with some stability for them! Can see it being for a month! Win win for Chisholm as gives him a chance to prove his worth and get paid!

Beat me to it! Good record at Raith, plays attractive football and works well with a tight budget and young players! Wiuldhavrtppay comp though which could scupper it!!!

That's a touch harsh Lobey re Craigan! Guy has been a great servant to the club! I'm not his biggest fan as a player but as a person he is second to none! We are all annoyed or angry at things at the moment but let's support the players we have left at the club!

Footballs a funny old game and being a Well fan is an ball! If Brown goes our club will survive! I'm worried tho how this will affect our young squad who clearly respect and admire the two of them! Strange decision though, team 5th in table semi final etc to a struggling team full of very average overpaid players! Funny if McGhee came back took us to a final and Europe again and Broon gets them relegated!

That's been my thoughts aswell! They do have a lit of injuries and are due a few back around the Xmas period! Slight coincidence eh!

Mentioned this is the penalty thread last week. This game goes down as the biggest "what if" games in my time as a Well supporter. Mainly due to the financial benefits that the game would have given us, would have set us up for a good few years. It gies me the fear.

Not too chuffed with this game being off. It makes out run off fixtures look pretty bad. 4 out the next 5 games are away from home aswell as the last 2 games being away. 6 out of 7 doesnt look great and could see us slip down the league even further. Our only home game being against Rangers. Wouldnt mind one of the games being re-scheduled in amongst this run to break things up a bit.

Of course they should. But there is only so much they can do at the one time. The infrastructure of this country is completely fucked, but thats an all together different debate.

Silly comment. If the snow was on Wednesday or Thursday the roads would be clear or clearer that they are at the moment..... it wasnt, it was today. Do you want the councils etc to get out there to clear roads just for football fans.
