Totally agree with this statemnet. Had the same conversation with my old man the other day. Imagine he was given the money to spend that say, Mcleish or Davies did. Maybe fans would start coming back. Hopefully Boyle will read this and realise that a bit of speculation with the cash might see that extra step forward. I know he helped with Ports and Hughes but neither the two of them will be here next year so maybe he can do it again.

Fantastic point Wellgirl. Exactly what I was thinking. We are still being expected to fund the club with our season ticket money but sounds like we will be getting few signings to boost us. All we and being having a good playing surface but not if we dont have a good team to play on it.

Just back in from the game today and really I dont think I should be posting at the moment as yet again I am very angry and very disappointed....... Where was the drive, where was the passion, where was the will to win the game. We played the game in 2nd gear. We created nothing but then again with 6 defenders playing what do you expect... remember Klimpl is a defender. When the first goal went in, not one player stood up and attempted to gee the team up, the heads all went down, we had nearly 15mins left to play........ I feel sick to the stomach with that totally inept, incompetent and frustratingly poor performance. All I can say is thank god we are 14 points ahead of the drop zone as that is as bad as Malpas football and definate relegation football. Time for the players at the club to take a long hard look at themselves.

I'm going this week. Its the first time I have been at Ibrox as a fan since 26/10/98. The day of my 21st Birthdya and we got pumped 5-0. Going this weeked as its my mates stag doo and theres a load of them going into the Rangers end a d a good few into the Well end then out on the bevvy afterwards. I hate going to Ipox aswell.

Would take Pearo back in a heartbeat. I was really unhappy at the way he left and his lack of interest but a quality player none the less. Plus the signing of Stevie Lovell to me would also be a good move. Would show we are moving in the right direction.

Big Brian Mclean for me thought he was very strong. J O'B was tremendous first half and it was more like Hughes that the empty jersey we have seen for most of the season but I thot Stretch had a great game.

Money talks unfortunately. They would pay him 3/4 times what we do on say a 3 year contract. With a young family now at his age he would be looking for more security. Cant argue with that to be honest, at least he isnt whoring himself around the meedja.

I thought the "trouble" was pretty hilarious after the game. Most of what I saw was Scummy Celtic Knuckle dragger v Scummy Celtic NHuckle Dragger. My old man and I were walking along after just coming out of the East..... two Celtic fans beside us who had just come out the Cooper. Your wee bold trackie wearing bastard who had been in the South comes stoating along and shouts at the Celtic Fan beside us.... "enjoy you result ya dirty orange bastard".... other Celtic fan shouts "Am a Celtic fan ya stupid c**t"... trackie boy retaliates "well at least where still the Champions.. fuck the Queen and Mark McGhee".... Celtic fan beside us and him go for a bit off head to head and shoving before separated by other fans and two cops with a parting comment of "dirty Orange bastards" from trackie boy which saw him being duly huckled.... My old man and I where in hoots of laughter and the Celtic fan beside us shouted at the top of his voice.... "No wonder nobody likes our fans we are all arseholes". Couldnt agree more.
