  1. These cunts again...... New manager bounce for Rangers.... Same old manager new manager bounce for us... 3-0 defeat.
  2. The Sun reporting we are interested in Miles Storey of Aberdeen.
  3. How the fuck was that not a penalty for the foul on Cadds?? Utter stonewaller.
  4. The second goal is a clusterfuck in a few ways. Not only the header but between Craig hitting his shot(good finish by the way) and the goal there was 3 defenders and Samson. Cadds in my opinion could have made more of an effort to make it back to try block the shot but he seemed to amble back. In comparison St J, threw their bodies at the ball to block a few strikes on more than one occasion.
  5. I would have played Campbell instead of Clay. More defensive and energetic.
  6. I would love a team with the ability we have in ours that fight, bite and scratch. That's a problem with our side I think they meekly roll over and get their bellys tickled. In saying that our discipline is shite but it's stupid and needless sendings off rather than cynical with some meaning.
  7. Can we wait till next week and look at Alex Neil.... Getting pumped 5-1 today so imagine he might be due the tin tack.
  8. Can't see anyone asking for a 2-3-5 formation Gadgey.... all attack hasn't been mentioned. Maybe playing to our strengths and not trying to combat others....
  9. Got to agree Fergi. We need to attack and hope we outscore. One of things I was most disappointed under McGhee. In his previous reign he had us firing quickly and trying to blow teams away. His football philosophy completely changed to a counter attack style. We really don't have the defence or defenders who have confidence in the keeper to play that style. Or a mobile enough midfield to support it either. I don't think you can under estimate the effect that Samson has on team confidence. Especially when the full stadium holds its breath when the ball comes anywhere near him or in the box.
  10. Don't forget to add we got pumped off ICT 3-0 at home also....
  11. Lol surely a typical BBC cock-up, but it does show he thinks outside the box
  12. Jim Duffy?? Old head, well respected in the game. Has Morton playing well and would be a full time manager not away for half the year in Brighton or with Scotland.
  13. Our midfield badly lacks energy and ability to close players down. Something I thought Campbell brought to the Accies game.
  14. With Markus Haber running riot. Yup Haber, Markus Haber.
  15. The wonder kids first touch was shocking to invite the tackle. Wasn't a pretty one but he had every right to go for it I think.
  16. This season must rank as one of the worst in my time supporting the club. Not for league position or relegation just general enjoyment. As mentioned previously the constant breaks, the lack of consistency in performance and team selections has just made it horrible. Also for me being drawn against both Old Firm away in the cups and losing 4 times to a bang average Rangers side has just taken a lot out of the support and enthusiasm. There just seems to be something missing at the club as even our talisman King Louis seems to have lost a spark.
  17. The one that springs to mind for me was the Harry Forrester tackles for Rangers against Dundee this year. Three in the one game and he only got one yellow when it could have been 3 yellows or 2 straight reds. He then went on to score in his next game, against us. Again it's all what ifs and buts but just another example of the inconsistency of our fud of refs.
  18. Your completely missing the point Welldaft. The point is I would much rather we had a go and lost, than sit back and lose. Over the years watching Motherwell we rarely get a result playing defensively. How many of the games against the better teams have we won? Is our defence good enough to take the pressure for 90 mins? I don't think so in the slightest.
  19. Succinctly put as always Jay and my thoughts 100%.
  20. His tactics where working if you fancied a 0-0 draw and where happy with that. There was very little to get excited about going forward or to make it an enjoyable game. Far too often these days McGhee seems to be setting his stall out to nullify the opposition. Sorry but I think we have good enough players for them to worry about us. Let's actually set up at home with the intention of playing OUR game and try and win a match.
  21. As much as I love and adore Moult I hope and believe it's key that he plays and sticks to a central role today and doesn't drag wide. If not then we could be pretty toothless.
