Can someone do me a favour and show Sutton how to hold a ball up and not just get rid of it straight away. He's the worst link up striker in Scotland. 3/4 of our attacks fall down when he gets the ball.

In the space of a minute and a half. McManus gave the ball away twice and conceded a foul!!

Might work compared to 5 at the back, 1 up front, punt it.

Erwin, Ainsworth and Leitch on please. Off, anyone of the players out there from Sutton, Law, ZFA, Kerr, Reid, McManus, Lasley, Ramsden. We are poor, really poor.

Do we have any right backs on the bench!! We have three playing maybe a fourth would make a difference! We cannot control a ball, pass 5 yards, beat a man or outmuscle a player. Aberdeen are shite aswell....!

My blood is boiling watching Sutton. What goes thru his mind at the moment instead of controlling the ball I will flying chest it to an Aberdeen player and fall on my arse or will I flying overhead kick it and fall on my arse!!

I genuinely don't have a clue what formation he is playing or position. 6 defenders playing...... Law playing. One natural midfielder!!! Seriously! Playing for a draw or to snatch victory.

Now that I have had time to reflect and calm down........ I am even more worried about the future of our club. Previously I have woken up the following morning and thought to myself, ach we will start picking up points soon and get out of this, before you know it we will be about 4th in the table. Not this morning, I genuinely now cannot for the life of me see where our next win is coming from. We are so far off the pace and so easy to play against it is worrying. Teams have so much space and so much time on the ball whilst as soon as we get it teams close us down and get in our face. The lack off willingness or inability to work cohesively as a team to fight for each other is a concern. They just look completely lacking in confidence and if I am honest they do not look up for the fight. Partick and Dundee are two really poor poor sides who both had really easy games against us. These are the games we had too and should have got points in, to lose them so easily and convincingly in what people have said have been our "better" perfomances is totally and utterly unacceptable. I posted a couple of weeks ago about wether or not SMc is the right man for this job to get us playing well and get us out this mess due to his negativity and approach. Even more so now I do not thnk that he is. Evey game is a cup game and that is giving me the fear.

Only one option Ojamaa for me.

In reply.... 1) maybe this season will be reversed from last year ie we can beat teams in top six but not in bottom... But I doubt it. 2) Dundee hadn't won in 4 and Partick in 5.... Both pumped us.

Our next run of 6 games is giving me the fear. Can't see a single point from those games and some heavy heavy defeats. The Accies, Thistle, Dundee games on paper where the games to get results and have us sitting nice but a combined 0pts, scored 2 conceded 10 to now into games against Utd, Aberdeen and St J etc I'm actually fearing that come Dec we could be rooted firmly to the bottom.

Absolutely disgraceful. Defensively we were a total and utter liability. No protection from the midfield either mind you and took until we were 3-0 down before we started playing and looking hungry. We have no leadership on the pitch and it looks like even less off it..... WTF was McCall doing in the stand for the first half. Genuinely not got a clue why. Very few with pass marks for me but one of the most disappointing aspects YET again is that our poorest performers where our most Senior off players. Lasley was awful until about 25 mins to go then showed up, Ramsden was a complete and utter nightmare, McManus looked unfit, uninterested and all over the place, Vigurs as much as I like the guy made too many basic errors but in saying that he was the only midfielder who looked to pass forward and John Bloody Sutton, if he doesnt score a goal he offers absolutely nothing, zero.... he doesnt create chances, he doesnt pull defenders about to create space, he doesnt head a ball to our own players.... he is an empty jersey. If Clarkson isnt "any better" than this then we are 1st division bound... he was everything Sutton wasnt, energetic, good movement, took the ball in well and created some chances. I hope Leitch was ill or carrying an injury because if he was taken off due to poor form but Lasley was left on then its games a bogey. Also why when we are chasing a game and you take off ZFA(someone show that boy how to trap a football and not be scared when it comes near him) do you bring on Josh Law..... why not try and create something and maybe give Thomas or Cadden a game. Nah I'm shoving last years right back from Alfreton town to the left mid. Positives to me are few but we did create a decent amount of chances and Henrik looks back to his old self to an extent. Oh and bye the way, Gary Harkins absolutely ran the show. Looked a touch of class, but he is allowed to be by a manager who has faith in his attacking abilities and doesnt make him work back. TBH I think Vigurs could do that for us if utilised right.

Got to agree. Clarkson when he broke through was one of the best young players to ever play for our club. He was exceptional. There is no denying it. I mind Tid on here turning round to us and describing him in one word a "nuisance". He gave defenders a torrid time and still scored goals. To me he was subsequently ruined by Terry Butcher who burned him out at a young age by playing him as a lone striker asking him to do the donkey work and then getting no service or reward. He then was dropped from the team at a critical age before being brought back into the fold scoring a few goals and getting his move. Chris McCart has often said he is the best young talent he has ever worked with at all clubs and the genuine future world star. When he first broke through I thought he was a future international player and £m player for us. Alongside, McFadden and Slane(to an extent), Clarkson was the most excited I have ever felt about a young player progressing at our club. Total shame that with injuries and in my opinion bad management of a youngster he hasnt reached the potential he had.

Got to ask yourself. WTF is Vigurs our most creative attacking footballer doing at right back in the first instance..... Fucking stupid.

I think my biggest concern is wether or not SMc is a manager capable of pulling us out this shit spell. Give him the due respect he deserves after our league placings of recent years but that was working with good quality players, confident players who were winning regular. By all accounts he's a Molly coddling manager who is good when everything is going well, gets a good atmosphere around the ground etc, good man manager. But is he the type of manager who can subsequently kick arses and get them working when they are not playing well and things aren't going in our favour?? In my opinion I do not think that he is. I don't think his style will suit this type of challenge. I really hope I am wrong. He's to negative in his style of play to be able to boost confidence and have them battling. Even Thistle fans are commenting on how we seem to lack fight and didn't seem bothered. His comments after the match today seem to lack any sort of fight or passion and he sounded defeated. Not what we want tbh. This is where we need passion. This is where we need positivity to get our fans up for this, not comments like we were punching above our weight past few years... That's negative. They say when your in relegation battles, every game is like a cup game...... Well we all know how well we do in Cup Games...
