    Ojamaa

Just in from the game and first things first, I love the wee guy Ojaama. He is just like McDonald and Arnott. Two tremendous finishes today one with his left and one with his right. Really sparking our season on. When did St Johnstone turn into such a bunch of cloggers. Really physical side today and fairly left the boot in. Never a penalty in a million years and another baffling performance from one of the SPl's finest. Onto the game. great result and good performances from Jennings, Hutch, Clancy and of course OJ. We were cruising in the first half until the great strike from Morris, then at half time Smc seemed to change the formation and swapped Murph and Law which seemed to me to unsettle the team. Enter Oj wth a great finish and Lasleys deflected strike seemed to settle it until the penalty made things tense. Does anyone know what was said that made Hately react as much near the end to the well fans, last thing we need. I noticed very few of our players at the final whistle applauding the support as is the norm. Most just put there heads down and walked off the pitch.
  2. Jesus 2 and a half years. Good deal for him.
  3. Solid from Hutch, Jenno, Law and a good performance from Higdon but the 70 mins from Ojamaa where just what we needed. Brilliant from the wee man.

    Ojamaa

    3year deal please. Thank you.
  5. Let's all do the Higdon. Well done lads brilliant.
  6. Delighted with that tonight in a game which was made twice as hard by the sending off and the idiotic disgraceful referee. What a inept tool of a man with the main stand Lino just as fucking useless. Every player worked there socks off but to me the massive difference was in having a strike partner for Higdon. Changed the team completely. Ojaama is a real gem of a find. I said it a few times tonight he just reminds me so much of McDonald, not only in size and physique but his direct no nonsense style. Total buzz bomb who could read the Higdon flick ons. Really excited to see this lad again. Great 3 points and three good goals aswell. Well done lads.
  7. My fucking god....... this ref is a total imbecile. Absolute disgrace.
  8. Tough game ahead and Dunfermline will really fancy there chance. Thinking will be a 2-2 draw. Ojaama to start instead of Daley.
  9. Disappointed to hear about Higdon. Only a matter of time before he reacted to the shite from the stands. Decent result, hope we can carry it on on Tuesday night. Ojaama needs to start.
  10. Good stuff. Let's see what the big lads made off.
  11. Yawn fucking yawn. He's left, move on mad crazy stalker person.
  12. Normally head up to Tannadice but giving it a bye this weekend. Don't think I can justify paying £20+ to watch this dross again. Utd are starting to pick up a d have some decent players. Mackay-Steven looks the part, as does Russell and of course we will get the obligatory goal or two from Daly. Think it will be 3-0 Utd with our players looking even less interested than recent SPL games.
  13. Drop our best defender in Hutch. Aye right Auldyin.
  14. Perfect surmation from ONFY if you ask me couldn't have put it better.
  15. At the moment we will be very very lucky to finish in the top 6.
  16. I genuinely think that the fans are close to losing the players respect and vice versa. Thats a few times I've seen or heard the players react to things from the stand. No use to anybody. Even our singing section at the bottom is losing its vigour and bounce. Im not really enjoying going to the football at the moment.
  17. ICT generally don't try to play that way as much Delboy, they get the ball down and try and play with pace. They have a smallish midfield forward line.
  18. Nah PJ we never struggle with direct players who run at us with the ball, Paddy McCourt, Davis, Templeton etc we handle them well. Like Weiss last year for Rangers.
  19. Agreed Grew 100%. I rated Reynolds and personally think his development was hindered playing with us for too long and also beside Craggs. He spent a lot of time covering for him latterly and I would have loved to have seen a Hutch and Reynolds pairing at the back. Guy was a model pro and gave 100% every game. I would take him back in a second.
  20. Sad news indeed. RIP Bill, big loss to Motherwell.
  21. No he's not. Positional sense and bringing other players into the game IMO Higdon is far superior.
  22. I thought Forbes had a good game away to Saints when we won 1-0 aswell. Just out of a matter of interest how much game time has he had under SMc in total? I really don't want to sound like a broken record but I genuinely don't think he has had a fair crack at it at all in his natural position. Yes he's slow but Hughes is hardly a flying machine and loads of people wax lyrical about his ability, pace doesn't always make a player. Cue Busta with 'Forbes is pish you c***s are stupid ye all think he's Hagi' or something similar.
  23. Higdon for me. More disciplined in his position.
  24. Took you longer than expected Frazzle. IMO would rather he was here than Clancy.
