I think a wee fire in the South stand caused the flood lights to fail and the Polis closed Fir Park for safety reasons

Moved to Blantyre back to EK then Brisbane Australia...and I have supported Motherwell through thick and thin since I was 5 in 1960

I used tae stand beside the dugout at Fir Park for the ninety minutes......back in the seventies.....big crowds back then...nae stewards...pies were good...only seats were in the main stand....

In AUS we have the Friday, Saturday, Sunday fixtures......If you are a fan of Brisbane Roar and they are playing at home Suncorp Stadium and you are taking public transport to and from the game your travel is FREE! Thats free travel on BUS, FERRY and TRAIN. You can have a beer watching the game(sadly you pay for food and drink) The stewards and police are friendly
