  1. Just seen the piece on the official site about £1 from every ticket sold going to Children In Distress which helps kids with incurable and terminal illnesses across eastern Europe. Fantastic gesture
  2. Early goal and then put on the pressure on ? Stranger things have happened
  3. If he continues to improve at such a rate, it's hardly surprising. Get him tied up with no chance of leaving without big, big money.

  6. Looks like you've missed the boat for the mascots, young fella. At twelve you're over the hill. Get your e-mail written about becoming a ball boy. Watch the games from the touchline and get in for free ! Happy days.

I don't have The Untouchables claret one, calfster. As you know I managed to get hold of the home shirt and the white one which are both cracking designs, though the amber is rather orange. I think they're your best efforts in recent years until this season's came along. Oh, and the black does look good in the Bradford strip. Edit - Just had an afterthought. I really liked the last Xara home one you had with the white shorts. Think that was the last one.

  10. Well Sandy Tait ( centre ? ) looks bloody terrifying. Look at that stare, it's Yosser Hughes
  11. I'd taken a wild guess at your identity, lynda. Sharp as a tack me.
  12. Is everyone in the pic a poster on here? If so, who is who ?
  13. Don't you go messing with my title, it's fine Great pics, too. Keep them coming, steelfolks.

First day of the new season for launch, dave ?
  15. 'Well to win 2-1. No, I'm not drunk
  16. Grinning like cheshire cats with their free bevy. Scotland at its best Well done, folks
  17. Yeah, first home game is always good due to the optimistic buzz that comes with a fresh start. A bit of summer sun also helps. Pay at the gate will be a throwback to my childhood and going to Old Trafford with my dad, then later with pals when I got older. Those days are looooong gone here.
  18. Yeah, been past Fir Park a number of times on a Virgin train when visiting family or friends, but never gotten around to attending a match. Had a few near misses when we had plans to, but then had to change them for one reason or another, so I'm hoping this time we finally make it. We'll be in the East Stand. Is it better to buy before, or pay will there be pay at the gate ?
  19. Indeed wee man, post match I think. Pre match I/we will get there early so I can have a good look around, and I'd like to watch the game fully sober so I can remember it all After the game we'll show up for a wee dram.
  20. You know what I mean. A wee goalhanger who has that clinical finish. Yes, they're expensive, but I don't mean the real thing, I mean a low budget version who can try to feed off the scraps and get fifteen goals per season.
  21. Very good point. A poacher to play up there with big Sutton and feed from his knock downs would be invaluable. A little goal getter, a cheap version of Michael Owen, if you will.
