I've a bad feeling about Saturday. 4-1 Hibs.
-
Your paying £20+ to get in to several shite hole stands at Fir Park that are knee deep in pish just now.
-
It's over, finished! Well fucking done.

5 years ago(outwith the group that I go to games with now) a group of 10 or more of us used to travel to almost all games home and away. Now it's just me from that group, save for a few who go only every now and again.

Guadeloupe International left winger who plays for Standard Liege. No bad type of player to be looking at tbh. Standard have got some cracking players, so no shame in being on the fringes of their team.
-
Dean Saunders Mark Hughes Kevin Gallagher Gordon Durie Ally McCoist Bobby Charlton Gary Linekar Gerry Armstrong Ian Rush Kenny Dalglish We've as much chance as any of the above as Healy.

Not been to many away matches on the train recently have we?

€11 to get in to Fortuna Dusseldorf v Energie Cottbus €15 to get in to the Hamburg end(terrace) at the Veltins- Arena for FC Schalke v Hamburg. Pints available throughout the game. £40 for the trip. Cost is not much more than your average away trip in Scotland minus the hassle. Two games, one in one of the best stadiums in the World featuring two excellent teams. What would you rather do?

Why not, does the January transfer window not count? If Stuart McCall brings in 3 or 4 players who improve us and kickstart our season then should we just dismiss their success and wait until the summer? No is the answer. I'm pretty sure McCall had players on his radar from his last job and has some decent contacts down South. If he brings in players who help kickstart our season then he will get the plaudits he deserves, if he signs players who are shite then he can fully expect critics. This month may well be a decent indicator of how good his contacts are in England.

Tyre tracks across the pitch make a welcome return...

The movement or shoul I say non-movement is terrible. Something that McCall has to focus on big time in training. Humphrey was very poor again, Didn't think Lasley, Forbes or Jennings covered themselves in glory today. The positives to be taken from today is that we are creating a fair amount of chances and getting the ball in really dangerous areas, we just have to convert them and convert them quick.

Financially it'll be a good move for Mark, career wise it could be shite. Despite having a decent budget, I can see Wednesday being in for a prolonged stay in League 1.

Randolph Page Craigan Reynolds Hammell(needs competition sharpish) Hately Lasley Jennings Forbes Muphy Sutton Subs: Hollis Humphrey Hutchinson McHugh Casagolda Pollok Meechan

Dale Jennings Not anything to do with our Ins & Outs, read this blog about Tranmere's Dale Jennings being the next big thing down South. Is he any relation to Steve? They do look a bit alike and have come through at the same club(Tranmere). Might just be putting 2+2 and making 5.

Quite possibly the funniest thing I have ever read on a football forum.

That's the budget at breaking point.

There was two, one was the ball to Jenno which was a poor choice. The other was the pass to Hammell? took a bad bobble jut as he hits it, though still should've done better. He did play a good amount of passes, mostly to Murphy, and was involved in the play when we looked a bit more dangerous.

Just back and I'm going to disagree with a few points. 1. Forbes had a decent game, rarely lost possession unlike others, tracked back, won a few tackles in important areas. 2. Murphy was IMO, challenging Russell for MOTM, our main source of anything decent in the final third. 3. Hammell, Hateley and Humphrey were poor. Our main downfall tonight was down the right hand side as we were very poor. Humphrey was very lucky not to give away a pen and should have buried an equaliser. 4. Randolph had a few hairy moments tonight, in particular spilling a cross and looking nervous when faced with Utd flinging in balls to babyheid. 5. We were undone by a set-piece....AGAIN. Very poor goal to lose, corner straight to babyheid who wins the header no bother and Russell scores from the knock on, though our man on the post should be asking himself some questions too. 6. Utd tactics, punt to Daly and hope someone gets on to the knockdown, now and again they got Russell involved and looked dangerous, but overall they were gash. 7. Gary Kenneth fouls everytime he moves yet gets away with it. The worst of it is the fact that it's so blatant yet still no ref will blow up for it, however if Craigan or Reynolds did anything coming close to "a Kenneth", instant foul. 2nd goal can be excused as we were chasing the game and were short at the back, was always going to happen.

The last time we were at Stranraer in the cup was the damage, got a good result too, 4 nil doing. IIRC, they were doing no bad in the league at the time and had Harty banging the goals in, Frazer Wright would still have been there I'm sure. Faddy and Deadly Dirk leading the line. :wank:
-
Anyone who says they wouldn't have Porter and McCulloch back at Fir Park is kidding themselves on. Molloy is gash though.
-
Whilst seeing the benefit in keeping Fitzpatrick at Fir Park as a back-up player, my only issue is over his fitness. 5 seasons of countless injuries should certainly be coming into the Club's thinking when discussing new contracts.
-
Have to go for Murphy. Good goal, sets up the two for Sutton and had a big hand in the Jennings goal. Fine performance after a spell where he looked devoid of confidence.
-
Yann Soloy wasn't a bad player at all. Very competent player along with Delomeaux.
