Was shocked at the St J scoreline on Saturday. Tbh, after our impressive win at the weekend I would have to say we should be looking at handing out a doing. The good thing is, that unlike Aberdeen, Dundee Utd and Accies, Saints won't come to Fir Park to "park the bus" and have stopping us playing as their main objective. It should certainly make for a more expansive match. I'm going for Motherwell 3-1 with a Gow double and a Jennings goal to round it off.

Accies would get fitba stopped, no wonder they have no fans. Everytime we play them,they bring us down to their level and we can't deal with it. The poorest games I have seen us in over the last few seasons have usually involved Accies. One major problem is that Reid gets them up for their biggest games of the season every time, whereas we just see it as another SPL game(which it is). It's Accies derby not ours because nae c**t really cares about them, though they have a major chip on their shoulders. Airdrie however..... any chance we could swap Accies for them? A team of cluggers who are "professional footballers" in the loosest possible sense. Why a Serb coulndn't have taken out Thompson I don't know, shambles of a ref.

From my viewpoint, it looked like the Utd player hass landed his studs on Murphy's calf/ankle when they were both coming down, causing Murphy to go right over his ankle when the two hit the ground. Looked a really sore one.

Reading the post match comments from Houston today, what game was he at last night? Certainly wasn't the one at Fir Park. How Kenneth has ever made it as a pro footballer(I must use this term in the loosest possible sense) is absolutely beyond me. As Johnstone pointed out, I feel sorry for guys like Goodwillie, S Robertson and Gomis. All are good players who will just waste away the longer they stay at Utd. Said it before and will say it again, Houston and Levein represent everything that is wrong with Scottish football coaching. The face of the enemy.

Bang!! Turkey's don't vote for Christmas, so there will be no change to the current set up. Major investment in grass roots football, facilities for youth players to showcase their talents. Less emphasis on winning at all costs at youth level. By this I don't mean less competitive mentalities, I mean more focus on footballing ability rather than sheer size and athleticism as the latter can be worked on later. Coaches like Levein, Jeffries and Houston represent everything that is wrong with Scottish football from a coaching sense, yet 2 of them are involved with the National side.

The talk of homesickness is laugable imo. These players should get with the real World and stop being fuckin' wee wummin, it's not as if they are doing it for free. The lack of ambition from Scottish players in terms of moving abroad to improve as players and improve their lifestyles is my biggest bug bear of the modern Scottish footballer. They are too worried they might miss the "stardom" in Faith in Edinburgh, Fat Sams in Dundee, Five in Aberdeen or Bamboo in Glasgow that they get from scutters.

Being in the fortunate position of living a few 000 miles away and not being able to make games perhaps leaves yourself out of touch with how shite it is in an SPL ground attending a SPL match. Though being surrounded by Americans 24/7-365 is much more of a Hell on Earth than the occasional visit to Paisley...
