  1. 4-1 Ross County now. We are officially bottom.
  2. Self preservation is always a fans first thought. The SPFL handled this appallingly, by first awarding us the points then removing them on appeal. However, both Killie and St Mirren admitted to breaking Covid rules and I would be interested to read what the official rules are with regard to teams not fulfilling games. I know we are in the middle of a global pandemic, but unless the existing rules are changed before the competition starts then surely the pre existing rules should stand. If those state that 3 points and a 3-0 score line is the sanction then clubs should accept their punishment. Even though given the current circumstances it may seem harsh.
  3. We are currently bottom of the league so the only way is up. Sadly I don’t see us moving on up tomorrow. 3-0 Rangers.
  4. Any reason why we are not appealing this decision? As it stands we appear to be just bending over and accepting this change of heart?
  5. Still no news yet? What is the hold up here? The longer they leave it the more I’m convinced we will be ordered to play these games.
  6. If we don”to get awarded the 6 points, do we have a right to appeal?
  7. Interesting to see both teams wearing their home kit.
  8. He barely touched him. As far as I can see from the available camera angles he was attempting to stop him from turning before Erwin theatrically conned the officials by throwing himself to the ground. The boy should have been cautioned.
  9. I’m one of his trusted researchers and informed him of our 1978-79 kit anomaly a few years ago. Dave’s a really nice guy and I’ve been helping him out for years.
  10. We reverted back to that kit in Feb 79 due to the new shirt not being popular. We also wore claret shorts with it. I think this is from around that time. Possibly one of Pettigrew’s final games? We played them on the 7th April 79 at Tynecastle.
  11. Aye tell them he’s broke and we need a replacement. Have we still got the packaging and receipt? Or maybe the guarantee is out of date?
  12. Tam was long gone by then. It might be Marinello.
  13. If it firstly brings safety and later success I’m all for it. We have a proud top flight record to keep (35 odd years?) and I’d like to hold on to that a little longer. I think only Celtic and Aberdeen can say similar. No time to be taking managerial risks when we are in such a precarious situation. I would stick with the tried and tested for the time being.
  14. Clearly the man for the job, not. I think we need to play safe and appoint Tommy Wright asap.
  15. Sadly football appears to be immune from COVID rules. I hear a premiership team jetted off to Dubai as soon as the final whistle went the other day. Get the beers in lads.
  16. Half way would normally be too soon, but as the season is all but over may I be the first to congratulate Glasgow Rangers 2020-21 Premier League Champions. Also nae luck Ross County your going down. Yogi tried his best.
  17. He’s a shadow of the player that left us for Rangers. I would go as far to say his career is over at the ‘top’ level. He is the modern day equivalent of Paul Slane who’s career went awol after his move to Celtic.
  18. We would certainly benefit from a full lockdown. I live around the blue hoards and there would be a meltdown if the season was voided. Although given recent COVID events cancelling the season half way through is better than what they decided to do last season.
  19. However, I suspect two or three on the good players list will need replaced when they turn down a deal to stay with a side facing a relegation dog fight.
