The wind has picked up in Glasgow, unless there is a drastic change in the weather I think it’s the comfort my sofa and BT Sports for me. If the wind is as bad in Motherwell, the game will quickly turn into a farce.
I’m not concerned about the rain, however, high winds can turn these games into a farce. We also need to be mindful of travelling fans. I’m only coming from Glasgow, however, if the weather gets too bad I will be watching the game on the telly.
£1m for a guy that didn’t score once in 35 appearances. This alone describes the money gulf between us and them. If player playing for an SPFL Premier club hadn’t scored in 35 appearances, he would now be plying his trade in the lower leagues.
As I thought, the mentally weak Aberdeen succumbed to the blue hordes. Hopefully we can be mentally stronger than them as Rangers are a truly average side.
I thought Lionel was culpable for the all important 4th. He appeared to attempt to flick the ball over the Celtic players leg in a position where he had no right to do so. This resulted in the Celtic attack which lead to the winning goal. He should have just kicked and chased it.
Despite the defeat I actually quite enjoyed the game. At 3-2 I foolishly thought that we were going to win it. However, we couldn’t hold the lead for long enough to worry Celtic.
Is he not contracted with St.Johnstone until the end of this season? If so, it would cost us to buy out the remainder of his contract. And we have NO MONEY.
Exactly, Hearts are a physically stronger side than us and don’t wilt at the first sign of pressure.
Agreed, however, they are playing us and it’s in the cup.
Aberdeen are mentally weak and could succumb to the Ibrox crowd. The jury is out for me on this one.
We have nothing to loose as we are expected to get hammered. Lets have a go and you just never can tell what might happen. With that in mind, i’m predicting a 2-1 home win for the good guys. #COYW!
We have reached finals/semi finals, however, no one members the gallant losers, or the semi-final also rans. I hope they can prove me wrong this season.
Hearts have been clinical at punishing nearly every mistake we have made. We need to hold our hands up and say that we have been beating by the better team.
