Anybody know when we play Stranraer in Youth Cup as Celtic in semi final so we are 2 rounds behind and cant even find a date for it

Must be something about him to go from a 8 million championship international player 4 yrs ago to struggling to get a team . Maybe attitude ;maybe fitness ,but as not played since September and not even had a team since December will be nowhere near match sharpness so wouldnt worry if he plays on Saturday .

Thought Cadden was very poor 1st half but improved 2nd half and yes Ciftci was trying hard but nothing came off for him . Campbell , Kipre , Alfred , were outstanding with Dunne , Tait , Rose , and McHugh 2nd half all doing well so all in all good day at the office . Main took goal well but missed a few and Carson tbh had nothing to do .Said on sat morning would take 4 points and a cup win this week so still on track .

Glad to see Robbo went with the exact team I said in this thread on Sunday knew it would pay off . Great 2nd half after usual 1st ,and good to see us playing with confidence again . Good to also say when not sour grapes ref was howling how Davidson never even got a yellow god only knows .

I would go back to the 3 in central midfield and go Carson Kipre Aldred Dunne Carson Campbell McHugh Rose Tait Main Ciftci

At their goal thought Campbell should have stopped guy on half way line before leaving Tait no option but to take him out . After that was even worse so all in all shocking goal to lose . Only 1 team though played to win today and that was us Thistles tactics today were shocking and a half decent referee would have clamped down on it but unfortunate you dont get them in Scotland

Has Newall actually been fit 2 weeks running he seems like a total liability as always injured ,although dont know if its different injuries all the time or same reoccuring 1

To stay in league and hopefully get a Hampden visit would b great to win a cup but thats highly unlikely so a day out has to suffice

For once I am confident in my team selection for this 1 so here goes Carson Kipre, Alfred, Dunne Cadden , McHugh, Campbell , Tait Tanner Ciftci , Main Only worrry about being right is dont have Rose in that team and he normally plays so time will tell .

Agree people might think 40% is high but we got a fantastic keeper for 10K upfront and if we sell at any stage the sell on fee will come from the fee we receive so very good bit of business imo ,always wondered why we got such a good keeper so cheaply .

A 30 yr old goalie can have at least 6 years left at the top keepers are bought on performances and a 30 yr old is less of a risk than a 22 yr old as keepers improve with experience.

Yea Oxford only orher team he can play for as played fir 2 teams already this season .

Wouldnt bet on us taking £375K as mentioned only about 2 league places and as got 2.5 yrs on contract thats 2 league places over 3 seasons possibly .

Says 3 months hes out so come next season hes back. It sounds like a 4 month loan deal would be better for Celtic rather than actually signing someone so hopefully they look elsewhere

Really wish Fisher well he couldnt hit a barn door for us but their looked like there was a player in there but had no luck and his attitude was good ,so I hope he starts to get some luck and the goals start going in fir him . Best decision for both parties imo
