Talks of leaving Fir Park leaves me slightly confused. Who would be the main benefactor if we were to move the club? Boyle?. When coakleys move was knocked on the head, the reason given was that he wanted to change ownership of the stadium, now i can only presume that Motherwell football and athletic club own the stadium therefore income recieved for the arc would be the clubs to fund new stadium, facilities, squad improvement etc. yes? So how much would we be expected to look for for fir park and how much would a new stadium be likely to cost to build?. Im sure there are various grants etc accessible for the construction of a new facility, but it would be interesting to know the feasibility financially of such a move!

my understanding is there is absolutely no unrest in the dressing room,up until the killie game there was a sense of being relaxed about the whole situation, a couple of players have now made their voices heard and they are under no illusion as to where we sit! After some of the things I have heard il comfortably put a few quid on a win against calley! The players are as pissed off as us all at the recent results! Source two current first team players! Let's end all this crap about unrest and crisis'S and get right behind the boys on sat!

I always find it strange how we cling on to the hope of signing players that have featured for our side in one capacity or another a couple of seasons on, i think the boat has sailed where lappin and ccormack are concerned, albeit im not arguing that they wouldnt be good additions. Id like to see players from teams such as the old firm, or premiership clubs who feel they have a point to prove, i.e burke, killen. would love us to get players such as stokes on loan, players who have had a bit of a write up in the past but havent got near there clubs first team for whatever reason. what ever happened to tapping into all mcghee's contacts, as much as i wont discredit all he achieved in his first season, all the talk of searching far and wide and only signing players that are better than what we have was just that talk!. Its a great philosophy and would certainly work, but i feel without additions this january and quite a few of them, even on loan, we could really start to struggle. The front three in the current system in particular know they are getting a game, so have no-one really pushing them for that starting slot! id like to see a forward a midfielder,another defender who can play across the back in a couple of positions
