Maybe the change in the board has changed attitudes. With more football based decisions from people on the board who maybe actually, know a bit about football no just running a business.
Starting with signing Wimmer, then handling him leaving really well, then signing JBA after doing the ground work to identify him and getting him on board. Then buying into his style of football ,supporting him by bringing I'm players he obviously identified. Resisting wasting good money on panic buys to fill in squad places. Quality rather than quantity.
I think there has been a total change of attitude at the top of the club and it is obvious to see. Which they all deserve credit for.
This team is a joy to watch as it is.
