I suppose loanees do have a point to prove to thier parent club . One year terms playing for a bigger move ,we could benifit from only short term. We will always be chasing our tail to build a stable squad dedicated to improving the club, with these type signings. No , the apathy that was going to get us relagated until the new manager came in. I agree its a balance with contrct lengths, but a team needs a commited core.

Addressing the problem of loan and year long deals at last. Most signing short deals dont really have any real commitment to the club or bother about Motherwell long term. Hence apathy in the dressing room.
