Dont care wont be watching a defeat.
  2. Hapy commenting on something he self admittedly didn't watch.
  3. Dont want to jump on the anti jennings band wagon but he needs some time off to recharge. As for Murphy id drop him too he looks spent and burned out far from the player he was last season but who will replace him? The 11 sacred cows. Mccall wated a reaction and got it but it wasnt good enough defend a lead with 5 mins to go ffs. Either tactics wrong or players not performing there designated roles and costing us the win. McCall says So drop the fookin player.

  5. Thank you for you're thought provoking reply its so much better than cherry picking parts of others posts and then quoting them to make a witty point . I'm so glad you took the time to read my post which was an observation about the team rather than a knee jerk reaction to a defeat ( I would take the time to quote it but i don't try to score cheap points) as it was a win against Dunfermline that got me thinking most about it.

    St Johnstone

No pleasure in saying NULL VOTE.
  7. Im not knee jerking to the bad result today, been thinking this for a while just today highlighted it more. Where are the heart and soul for the club players remember the ones who would rather run through a brick wall than accept defeat. Where is the 1 player in the team that will say defeat is not acceptable and roar at the other players to get there fingers out. I was actually thinking this at the Dunfermline game when they started to get into the game, i didnt fear not winning as we were playing well as a unit and could step it up a gear but as today showed when the unit isnt playing well where is the leader on the park? Remember Oneill he'd rather loose both legs than get beat. Davie cooper, Mc Cormack and Mc Fadden could all change games we seem to be lacking this type of player or maybe we sold them all. But other teams seem to have a heart and soul player where is ours?
  8. I actually thought the fans were pretty easy on the players (from where i was sitting) I couldnt shout and moan because were were so bad it was farcical and actually. became funny at times. People realised the whole team was off the ball by a mile and given our good form up till now were willing to let a bad day slide. Just my opinion though. As for youngsters not being able to get into the game when put on, where the fook were the 11 that played today cause they were nowhere near in a game at least not one that two teams play in. However loose the next 2 and i dont think the fans will be so forgiving.
  9. just up on the bbc. Manager McCall bemoans Motherwell performance McCall is hoping for a response when Motherwell play Hibs on Tuesday Motherwell manager Stuart McCall admitted his side were "second best" after watching them go down 3-0 at home against St Johnstone. "From one to 11, not one of us won an individual battle," McCall told BBC Scotland. "Throughought the entire team, we lost every battle going. "We were poor in possession. Movement wasn't good enough. "Take nothing away from St Johnstone. Disappointing goals obviously. The second goal killed us off completely." McCall is relieved Motherwell have a midweek match on the horizon, with Hibernian visiting Fir Park in the Scottish Communities League Cup. "It's all about character - we'll be back to the grind tomorrow," added McCall. "When you've had a poor performance like that, you need to get back out there and thankfully we've got a game on Tuesday night at home and we need to show character, first and foremost. "We need to battle and scrap and show the desire to win football games rather than just playing pretty, passing football because sometimes that's not good enough to win football matches." I thought thats what today was about???
  10. You're not moaning there are you? Anyone that watched that dross today is entitled to moan all they want in my book as that was the worst i have saw in a long time. Couldn't pass 10 yards, control was non existent, drive and creativity well lets just say there wasn't a lot to be kind to the players. Mc Call you said its about how we react after the Celtic game, if that's how we react then were fooked.

    John Sutton

He chose to leave so not welcome back, bed and lie in it comes to mind so close this thread as it is purely speculation about a player that is no longer employed nor likely to be M.F.C
  12. Not surprised at losing tbh but stunned how easy were making it for them ffs they lost at home to the saints, bit of belief.
  13. Daily record. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/football/spl/motherwell/2011/09/06/ex-motherwell-ace-james-mcfadden-donates-25k-to-kick-start-new-fir-park-fans-group-86908-23399903/
  14. That's Higdon off the mark. Why all the bleating about Sutton hes gone and not our player anymore? time to move on as all talk about Sutton is hypothetical so doesn't really count.
  15. Its not we couldn't cope more rather it gave them more momentum La's being sent off as they were a goal down and already throwing all they could at us. Some perspective please We did win after all.
