Leitch, a former club captain and assistant manager, has been in his current post for just over four years, but has left with the aim of returning to first team management. Motherwell were recently named among the eight clubs chosen by the Scottish FA to head up the Elite level of its new Project Brave initiative. I am keen to get back into football management and Im leaving having helped secure Elite status within Project Brave. The club will now look to appoint a successor to continue the good work and progress of the last few years. Chief Operating Officer Alan Burrows said: I would like to thank Scott for his work at Braidhurst and wish him every success in his future career. Scott Leitch added: I am keen to get back into football management and Im leaving having helped secure Elite status within Project Brave. I want to wish everyone at Motherwell FC all the very best going forward. Under my directorship a high number of players have moved from the Academy to the first team. In addition Motherwell youth players are now representing Scotland in every age group. I want to wish everyone at Motherwell FC all the very best going forward.

Yes this thread is cringeworthy the amount or few posts says it all. Talk about man love. He came he did a job and it worked well for both sides. Thank you and good luck is all that's needed.

Scottish Premiership Game 18: Kilmarnock (A) 16/12/17 15:00

I get where you're coming from but we have been told many times that we have players to fill the gaps. Hartly is the biggest blow for me cadden and frear can be a bit hit n miss but hartly is solid and should be captain not Mc straypass. As for Moult we always knew he was going I hope to hell we have a decent replacement waiting to go. -

1 win 1 draw 7 defeats in 9 games. Take you're happy clapper gloves off. -

Don't agree. We supposedly have a decent squad with players that could be rotated. We're simply not good enough without Moult providing the goals. It's going to be a long season now. Thank goodness for the points we got early on. -

We're in freefall without a doubt -
I'm hoping what I heard on the radio is taken out of contex. Robbo is complaining of our success on a small squad for our recent form. Come on I'm a massive fan but YOU got recent selections wrong. Fix it.

Scottish Premiership Game 17: Partick (A) 13/12/17 19:45

I'm sure I saw him elbow the Kid and he shouldn't even have been beside him in the first place. He should have been sent home for a truly shocking tackle on a pie at HT. The way he approached the counter was shocking. -

Perhaps he was asking if they were just dressed up as footballers. -

Giving teams such a head start simply isn't good enough. -
I'm neither Nay or Yay on the statement what I am more for is the reason its been released. I think and this is just me is that its to put the pressure firmly back of Motherwell and onto those in charge. Rangers and Celtic both heaped pressure on the Officials even before a Cup Final ball was kicked with the press meekly following along. That was a bitter pill but after the decision at Fir Park I feel the club have to now look at the Elephant in the room. Rodgers has been very vocal about his poor players and how every decision given was right as long as its not against them. By releasing a statement and shoving it right into the lime light it says were not happy and you're conning the fans who have increased in size hoping for good football instead they are being cheated. It also says I DARE you to go ahead and do it again at Celtic Park. Hopefully this wee bit of pressure will prevent it happening a third time.
-
Right now I cant face watching another game of football Honestly what's the points when such cheating is rewarded.
-
Sinclair says I felt a touch and thought I'd go down. That's not being fouled but fucking cheating.
-
What's the connection ? Bit baffled by this.
-
I'm praying we do. Hopefully the occasion won't make the players freeze like before.

Hamilton 2 shots and 2-0 up pmsl. Ground gained today -
Aldershot have this one. Surely we could get one like this as I don't think they have bags of cash to spend on the likes. http://www.ledsynergy.co.uk/downloads/view/82 Maybe even a rental with advertising to cover costs ?
-
I thought 30-40k. Shows what I know. It could be a decent money maker for advertising but no way we have the money to splash out on a new one.
-
Noticed that too ripped to bits. On a side note what's happening with the scoreboard. Some say it's too expensive to repair. Totally in the dark on the costs of these things but surely not that massive a cost ?
