Guys, check Expedia if you're struggling. There's no way I can make it, but have checked and for a return flight and 2 nights accomodation you can get it for as little as 392. Search for Glasgow to Bucharest leaving on the Weds and back on the Friday and its one of the first 5 results, Central Hotel. Flight times leave Glasgow at about 4pm and arrive in Bucharest at 00.20 and then on the way back roughly the same. Get it booked, sounds like a great deal to me.

It was, but the club knew they were catering for a specific market (ie: those with money to burn who HAD to be there and back) as there were several ways to get there and back. With this tie, unless its reasonably priced there will be very few fans who travel and would make the charter pretty pointless. I'd really hope they didn't look to make a vast profit on it and priced it so your average fan has a chance of going, although I'm not holding out too much hope.

Unless we revert back to normal in future then I can't see Hammell playing a major role as Reynolds looked very comfortable at the back and going forward. It speaks volumes when, after never playing a senior game at that position and replacing a man who's made well over 200, that you could not have told which was which. I think Hammell will retain his place in the squad as it will serve us well to have a lot of people who can play all over defence, but his days in the starting XI are over I think.

I heard tonight we recently knocked back a bid from Celtic for him for 100k? Seriously Gannon/Boyle get that boy locked up for a good few years, he could make the club a mint.

A regional draw puts us at a huge disadvantage though as we'd face sides that are predominantely half way through their league season, look at MyPa, Hibs last year with Elfsborg, Dunfermline with Hacken and Keflavik.

There's some contention over that because of some agreement they have about coaches or something. Had a quick look into it so far, and it seems that both will be tricky to get to.
