Poor if true especially given the warm reception and atmosphere with the visiting fans last week. Sadly with a trip to somewhere like Russia there is always a chance of bother with their mix of people and attitudes.

Thought Hutch was very poor at times tonight, sold the jerseys a few times and I'm pretty sure it was his horrendous back pass nearly caught Hollis out. Vigurs linked up well with Faddy and others in midfield so gets my vote.

Met some of the Kuban boys in Daniels before the game, they were a cracking bunch, seemed to have bought all of the club shop too. Apparently it only cost them $200 to get here for their visa and things as the club put on the transport or something? Either way, fair play to them.

Fans were great today, a bit boisterous outside the kings arms before the game which brought the old bill round who misread it at first trying to be a bit heavy handed but then realised everyone was just having a laugh and they seemed happy to just stand by and have a chat to people. Good day all in although hope those who were waiting on the train from Morecambe that was cancelled got home ok.

The russian league has now changed to fall more in line with the European form so it's season has now just started. They will still pump us, remember it was Levante's first European game too.

From what I hear Page has asked to be transferred after being overlooked in Athens in favour of Cummins, can't keep someone against his wishes, hope he does well at Accies, clearly a player with some versatility.
