Yoldi, that site has buses running from Alicante airport to Valencia right through to 11pm departure. Thats us sorted for getting there on the Tuesday night then.

Tuesday to saturday, flying into Alicante on the Tuesday and flying back from Barca on the Saturday.

Free tickets for primary school children in the surrounding areas, get them all corralled into one section and get a few of the older boys from the section up the end of the east stand to take turns sitting with them weekly to create some atmosphere. It might annoy people short term but if we get them hooked from a young age it can only be a good thing.

Awful game but a good day out. What authority does Jim Frame have over the buses? We came out of the ground at the end of the game and he was there telling our driver he had been "instructed by the club" to inspect our bus. The driver told him to piss off at which point he was over moaning to the police that we were up to no good and had booze stashed on the bus. The police did their search and found nothing (surprise surprise) but what is his problem with us? Could it be because even though our bus which didnt qualify for free travel was full at £13 a head while his "free" bus (still charged punters £5 apparently) was half empty? With Fizzy at left back i'd be expecting us to focus our attack down the right hand side and put the game out of sight before half time, County will be up for a scrap but we are miles ahead of them in footballing terms and if the players go into this with the right mindset it should be a fairly comfortable victory.

I think its something that could work better if the amount wasnt set, just having an option to set up a monthly direct debit for whatever you could afford to the club could make a real difference. The only reason i'd suggest it isnt a set amount is because some people might only be able to afford an extra £5 per month where as some others might be happy to part with £50 or more. I think the most important part about any of these schemes is that those who cannot afford to contribute huge amounts arent left out.
